Review JJ Velador with Rockwell Group was phenomenal. Other realtors I'd worked with before him left most of the work up to me--telling me that I had to find out about this or that, not giving phone numbers or telling me what to ask about, using terms I was not familiar with, basically just letting me find a home on my own. But I stopped feeling in the dark when JJ came into the picture. He took care of EVERYTHING. He did all due diligence for me. If I had any question, he would have an answer usually within hours. If I didn't understand something, he would clearly explain it to me. He took care of every test and every inquiry, and even came up with some ideas and questions I had not thought of. He took video tours for me (I am out of state), and explained everything he was seeing. He even put me in the hands of a very capable colleague when I was finally able to tour the property and he was out of town. I couldn't have been in better hands. I am so glad he was able to help me obtain this beautiful little 3-acre property, and I heartily recommend him every time someone asks for a realtor in the area.
