Excellent team! Great Experience. Nicole has no problems listening to your thoughts and ideas. But she politely gives the guidance needed to assist in the process. Had no problem getting us top dollar in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her or her team. They invest in you, using all there resources to bring the necessary traffic to procure the type of buyers you need to maximize profits and minimize unwanted stress. There Is nothing easy about purchasing a home. New or old, none of it is easy. Selling a house can be as stressful. Buying and selling at the same time, is agony. But, Jose made my wife and my experience of buying and selling at the same time very smooth and very easy. He came recommended by Richmond American. It felt like he was doing all the work, and it turns out he was. He did an amazing and unbelievable job. So much so, that it felt like we did nothing throughout the process. There were of course hiccups, but those came from our mortgage lender and theyre lack of attention. Thats a review to be discussed elsewhere and had nothing to do with Jose. In fact his reaction to the turmoil created by our mortgage lender was perfect. When we were mad he was mad. When problems arose he was on it making calls and doing what he could to assist in fixing their mistakes. But this was a small hiccup in the huge process of buying and selling two homes at the same time. I did not hesitate to give him 5 stars through and through in this review. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If I had time I would go about advertising him on billboards. My experience with realtors is limited. But I would seek out Jose to represent us again, be it 10 years or 30 years from now. He was that amazing as our realtor. He didnt give me enough business cards to hand out to people.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our needs. We were buying a home in Tucson as a rental property near the UofA, but being from Northern California we had no knowledge of neighborhoods surrounding the university. To top it off we were in N. Cal most of the time so we needed a realtor that would be actively engaged and willing to do a lot of footwork on our behalf rather than just adding us to their email communication listing that sends you homes for sale. Jose was the exact realtor we were looking for! He went out of his way to have regular conference calls with us so he could hear exactly what we were looking for. We had only had one day to fly down and look at properties so he weeded out anything that didnt meet all of our needs. He did a fantastic job of listening to exactly what we wanted. In just one day we found exactly what we had in mind making the process so streamlined. Being out of town he represented us at all our inspections as well. The home buying process can be a very stressful time. Jose was so personal and made you feel like a family member was helping you through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Tucson area.
