We were persuaded during their meeting with us and their position as the Number 1 listing agent in our area.Tim was very helpful in making suggestions on how to make our home more marketable, without outlaying a lot of money. After we decided on some minor repairs, he facilitated getting the workers into the home. This was extremely important since we live out of state. Tim was very responsive in answering questions we had about the process and in helping us to determine which offer was the best for us. The services offered by his company really showcased our house in the best light. The photographs and video that was part of the services allowed potential buyers to really see the house before making an appointment to actually view the house. When the buyer decided at the last minute they did not want any of the remaining furnishings in the house, Tim facilitated the removal of the furniture so we would not have to return to Arizona and also made sure they when to someone who could use them. Selling a house can be stressful, you want to get the best price you can and hopefully the whole process goes smoothly. He listens and really helps assist you with all the details. He was incredibly responsive to my texts, voicemail and e-mails. He had very sound advice and we felt confident we were receiving excellent service. He really went above and beyond on our home that was close to needing a short sale. We didn't think we could afford to list it with a Realtor and had tried to do a FSBO. Tim came to my FSBO open house and assured me that he could help. We had tried to sell it with another Realtor earlier and it was a disaster and we had several other Realtors try to convince us they would be different, so we were skeptical. Tim really followed through though and did an awesome job. In the last days of our closing process our regular handyman flaked and Tim was able to find us someone last minute that was also reliable, trustworthy, excellent and reasonably priced. I wouldn't consider buying or selling another home in Tucson without Tim.
