4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a young family relocate to Tucson from out of state. They were nervous about buying from a distance, so our team handled everything—virtual showings, coordinating inspections, and negotiating repairs—before they even arrived in town. By the time they got here, the process was seamless, and they were able to close on their dream home in Oro Valley within 30 days. What I loved most was seeing their relief and excitement when they walked in for the first time. 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got my start in real estate back in 2007, focusing on manufactured housing communities and apartment complexes across the U.S. Over time, I shifted into residential real estate, where I found my passion for helping families buy and sell homes. In 2017, I partnered with Angie Kuzma to launch Stratton Real Estate Group Keller Williams Southern Arizona, and together we’ve grown it into one of the top real estate teams in Tucson and across Southern Arizona. From day one, my focus has been the same: building relationships, delivering results, and creating a world-class client experience.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. At Stratton Real Estate Group Keller Williams Southern Arizona, our agents go through extensive training beyond state requirements. I’ve personally completed advanced courses in real estate negotiation, marketing, and leadership, and we run a 90-day bootcamp to get our agents into production quickly and effectively. I decided to sell my first home when we decided we were moving out of Arizona and I looked for a realty company that had great reviews and I'm glad I found Stratton Group - especially Brandon Weinstein. He sat down and explained everything from the very beginning and had no problem answering all my questions, even what felt miniscule to me - he made it just as important. While in the process of getting on the market, and throughout the whole process to closing, Brandon was very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel like family. I'm very thankful for my first time selling a home was as flawless as this was. We had a property that was quite difficult to sell due to strict board rules, and on top of that, we were living in another country, which made things even more challenging. Still, thanks to Azhalea, we were able to successfully sell it. She was always willing to help, even going above and beyond by taking on extra tasks to make sure everything went smoothly. She supported us throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease the whole time--almost like having a family member helping us. We're very grateful for her dedication and support. Buying a house can be stressful, but when you have an amazing realtor like Noble Renner representing you, well let's just say that I didn't break a sweat.
