Dave was in daily communication via telephone, messenger, and email for more than 3 weeks. He was able to give us walk-through viewings by telephone of the house we chose. Then he led us step-by-step through the entire process until closing. Bear in mind that this was with 3 time zones of difference. He was available weekends and late in the evenings. I?ve bought and sold many houses for over 10 years and this guy right here makes the transaction super smooth even when anything can go wrong did. He is purposeful with time and completely transparent. Because I?ve done this a few times... I?m the biggest pain in the butt and the know it all client. Adam not only put up with me and my sometimes crazy demands, he made me confident and comfortable with every single step of the process, even when the appraisal came in low. ZillowVERIFIED I had been thinking about selling my rental property earlier in the year, and Adam came out ot help me assess my options. He was super friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. He gave me a full report of what I could sell it for, and what to expect. I decided to rent to a friend for a few months (bad decision), and then got fed up and called Adam again. With enthusiasm he came right over and walked the process again. We had it up on the market shortly after we moved all of the junk that was left behind. The way he advertised, did facebook posts, and networked on the new listing drew in a lot of attention. We actually got multiple full price offers (some for more) within 1 week of it going live. That was awesome. He landed us a solid buyer, that was absolutely perfect for the house, and we closed a month later. It was in no way an easy transaction for him, and we had to make a lot of adjustments along the way. From roofing issues to the county interfering with inspections we made it through. I dont think any other agent would have been able to make the transaction that easy. He called me daily with updates (even multiple times a day), and made me feel like family with how much he cared about the transaction. He is definitely the go to source for anything real estate. He even helped my sister and her family find a house at the same time (they close next month). Its nice to find someone who treats you like you matter, and actually cares about what you need, and want. Thank you again Adam. Youre truly the best.

In addition to that, he set up a meeting for me with a mortgage officer who could answer all the questions that I had about the process that were specific to the area. Because of travel constraints, Adam also worked hard to help me get various inspections and work done in a very short period of time and even arranged for some work to be done while I wasnt in town.
