ZillowVERIFIED I just sold a house in upstate NY and it was an extremely stressful experience. So Paula MacRae turned out to be my anxiety eliminator in finding a house in Tucson. She sent me regular listings every day. When I realized I needed to go to Tucson in person, she lined up houses asap. Every house visit was fast, pleasant and productive. She was always cheerful and had a very confident can do attitude. She is a great listener and got a sense of me pretty quickly including my anxiety issues. I knew little about Tucson so I was very impressed with Paula's knowledge of Tucson's neighborhoods, their best restaurants, home improvement stores, etc. I was told by her associate that "Paula knows the best people to help with your house " from contractors to pool people to handy men to decorators to make the purchase go smoothly and that turned out to be dead on. When it came down to negotiating she was very savvy and came up with good game plans. The market is very crazy right now and overheated and finding "the perfect house" in a short period of time wasn't a realistic goal. Paula sensed my growing frustration and gently guided me into finding a house that was not perfect but pretty darn good. It has wonderful views and is quite quiet and peaceful. And then she went above and beyond and dragged my bed and mattress into the house when it was delivered before it was scheduled and before I had arrived. What a gal!

Paula responded to us promptly and started sending us listings immediately. We bought from out of state due to career relocation. Paula spent a lot of time brining us to various different neighborhoods/towns allover Tucson. She was very patient with us being brand new home buyers. We always spoke with Paula and didnt get pushed off to an assistant she stayed in constant communication with us. She is a great negotiator and doesnt back down, she will work hard for her clients. Weve bought 2 homes now with Paula and sold the first house we bought with her. Selling is much more stressful than buying and when the process started to get tough Paula kept us on track and focused on the end goal.
