ZillowVERIFIED They know the Saddlebrooke market. Dorothy knows the contracts and made it easier to work through legal jargon. Lauren is very social and personable. They listed our home and brought a very qualified buyer with a full price offer within two hours of the listing. We accepted the offer and the home closed within seven weeks. How could a seller not be very satisfied with that? Fortunately, the buyers were interested in buying our furniture so we were able to meet them. Realtors seem to not want sellers and buyers to meet for some reason. Once we met the buyers we were able to develop a relationship and dialogue to answer any questions. This was helpful since we didn't speak with Dorothy after accepting the offer.

ZillowVERIFIED The Moore Advantage real estate group is superb. The sale of the property we listed with them was very complicated since a POA had to be used. Jim Bilwacks, my main contact and Dorothy and Lauren Moore guided me through Arizona real estate law options and what reputable companies I needed to go to for repairs and sprucing the home up. Since I live in another state, Jim met with multiple people to give them access to the house. It seemed like there was a solid month of appointments to prepare the home to be listed. He also helped us clean out the home and donate most items to charitable establishments. He even spread the word about two cars we were selling and found the buyer for one! After we painted the exterior Jim made sure the swallows could not build a new nest and create a mess on the new paint job. He did that nearly daily. Dorothy had the connections that assisted the sale of the golf cart and holding a successful estate sale. Lauren helped with boxing and shipping of a few items back to my state. Dorothy and Lauren also did the staging.I cant say enough about this team ! You get three professional real estate agents that give 110% for the price of one They responded to my texts , emails and calls within an hour or less. They answered most of my questions and if they could not, they researched what I needed. Without hesitation , I highly recommend them!!
