Not only is she knowledgeable, I mean really knows her stuff, she is also very honest and has the added benefit of just being an absolute light in this world. Buying a house is so stressful and Tori was not only my agent but my therapist too. Any time I wanted to see a house she was all over it, the house was on the market for 3 minutes and she had all the info and was running to her car to meet us there. The house we purchased had some tough negotiations but Tori was on it. If you want an agent that sits back and lets you do all the guessing, shes not your gal because honestly shes one of the most hardworking and dedicated people I have ever met in my life. She is smart, beautiful inside and out, and hilarious; be sure to enjoy a dance party with her and your home inspector in the kitchen as this is now a core memory of mine. ZillowVERIFIED I am new to Tucson, so I needed an agent who would not only help me with the usual difficulties of purchasing property, but also act as a sounding board and support system for my property search and purchase. Although I did interview several agents, in the end I was fortunate to have chosen to work with Tori. It took us over two months of searching to find my perfect home in Tucson. Tori was particularly good at understanding what I wanted, even when I wasn't. She did not just pump a feed of properties from a canned MLS search to me as many agents do now. Instead, she carefully picked and chose properties for us to look at. At the same time, she was patient with my choices for properties to investigate and my insistence on finding exactly what I felt I wanted. I'm not sure how she did it, but she was always available to look at properties on short notice when that was required, and she always responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. She never failed to answer my endless questions, and she was careful to give me the information I needed to make up my own mind. For me, the hard part of this purchase was the search and I couldn't have had a better agent than Tori for that. Compared to the search, the actual transaction was straightforward. I'm happy in my new house now and glad I had Tori to help me get here.

ZillowVERIFIED Tori was our agent for selling our home and buying another. She was very patient with us as we worked to prepare our house to sell. She gave us great feedback about what changes to make to show our house in the best light and we ended up getting a full price cash offer in less than 2 weeks on the market. Then we switched into buying mode with Tori, after weeks of just lurking on Zillow looking at maps and pictures. Tori took us out to 6 or 7 different houses we had narrowed our list down to. Several of them would have been just fine, but none had that special thing that would make them our home instead of just our house. Tori took us to one last house that day that wasnt on our list. She thought it could be aEURoethe one.aEUR? She was right and we decided to put an offer in that day. Tori spent the next hour studying up on the other properties in the neighborhood that had recently sold. She convinced us to offer significantly below the asking price, even though we were anxious not to lose the house. We followed her advice and the sellers countered with only a slight increase. By doing her homework and talking us through our anxiety, Tori saved us at least $10-15K from what we had been willing to pay, and much more than that below the initial asking price. Weve been in our new home for almost a month now and sometimes cant believe that it is ours and was in our price range. Throughout the entire process of selling and buying, right up until the closing days (and a few days after) Tori was in constant contact when we needed her or when she needed us to make a decision or sign a document. She was just a quick text message away at all times to answer our questions, or point us to someone who could (roofers, inspectors, etc). She really seemed to enjoy her job - was a total professional, and yet incredibly friendly person to work with.
