He has been a constant in our lives for the last six months, always there when he was needed and always responding to our messages and calls, no matter how late or what day it was! Review Shout out to our Realtor Shenalyn and Team Integrity at Keller Williams Southern Arizona. She did so much for us and we don't know if we could have chosen a better Realtor and team. We moved to WA before we sold our Tucson home. This left it vacant for a couple of months and we were super worried. Shenalyn and the team checked on the house often and sent us pictures for reassurance. She even went so far as representing us and met with contractors for repairs during the BINSR negotiation process. She was patient and answered all our questions, even provided us support as our worries climbed watching the days on market go by. Chad was very attentive and showed me several properties based on all my wants and needs for my first home. I first interacted with him about two years ago when I was first looking to buy, which unfortunately I did not purchase one that time around. He stayed in touch should a better time for purchasing occur. I was pleased to know when I had a more fortunate opportunity to purchase a home, he was right there to help me. When he showed me a property, his knowledge of the features of the house and of the VA loan process was detrimental to me securing a home. Also, he was well read in what houses needed in order to adhere to VA loan rules and guidelines. He was always open to answer any question I had even for the smallest of things; like, what kind of weed killer should I get? He was extremely courteous and very flexible on every request I made.
