I had been burned before by hiring contractors who had lots of positive reviews but delivered lack luster results. I can now confirm that David and his team are exceptional. We've moved around the country and purchased and sold several homes in the process. I thought I knew what great service was, but the service weve received from other agents was mediocre compared to David and his team. David has a unique system that makes buying a house less stressful and his inspection process is unique and should be the gold standard for all agents. Every inspector or referral he recommended was equally exceptional. David has so many professional contacts I feel like he knows everyone in Tucson.Our home buying history has gone a little something like thisaEUR|we find a house we like; we get a quick inspection and then buy the house. Later, we find more problems with the house than were on the inspection and pay to have them repaired. This time we found a house we loved and put in an offer, but after Davids inspection process we discovered extensive problems with the house and, we did not proceed with the purchase. I'm convinced an ordinary inspection would have missed the easily overlooked issues the house had, which would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. I don't want to give away all of David's secrets here so I'm being a little vague about his process, but I guarantee that if you work with him, you will NEVER question your decision. If you're concerned about communication, please be assured that David was constantly checking in with us, and we never felt abandoned or in the dark.The inspection process is just one part of what makes this team amazing. When I say he has a team I mean he has an actual team of several people who specialize in various aspects of real estate who work together beautifully. In the past weve worked with agents that claimed to have a team, but we never spoke to anyone other than the agent and we had to wonder if the agent was working alone. As far as the closing process is concerned, David could teach a master class in negotiations. My husband often said, " I'm glad he's on our side." We're now the happy owners of a home we love thanks to David and the Hacienda Group.
