ZillowVERIFIED Ronnie is the only agent in town that I could find to help me with a flat fee MLS listing, which is exactly what I had been looking for. I thought his fee for listing was very fair, and he promptly coordinated the listing and provided a lockbox for the key. We signed a Disclosure and Election form, then I filled out the MLS Entry and I was off running. MLS posted Wednesday and I had an offer in the works by Friday.My only criticism is that I wish he would have also provided me with Az Realtor-approved blank templates for a counter-offer, and for the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement. Seems the Buyer's agent was not accepting of my "non-template" docs, and made me redo them on the templates that he begrudgingly e-mailed to me.I would definitely recommend the flat-fee service Ronnie offers.
