Selling a home in Arizona while living in Illinois could have been an incredibly stressful experience, but Brandon made the entire process absolutely seamless. What impressed us most was that Brandon went far beyond what we ever expected from a realtor. Because we were more than 1,500 miles away, there were things that normally would have required us to fly back to Arizona and handle ourselves. Brandon stepped in without hesitation. He helped coordinate getting the house emptied, made sure personal belongings were packed up and sent back to us, and handled countless details that simply werent part of what we expected a realtor to do. His communication was outstanding from beginning to end. We always knew what was happening, what needed to happen next, and where we stood. Review We listed our Tucson home for sale with the Kuzma Group in March of 2016 after having it listed the prior year and not having any showings. They had a professional photographer at the home within 48 hours to take beautiful listing photos and had the home up on various websites within a day or so of that. Within a couple weeks we received several offers and everyone on the Kuzma team was hands on during the process of offers/counter offers/home inspections etc. To further complicate matters I was living out of the state at the time of the sale AND my husband was living in another country! There were minor inspection items that needed to be fixed and we were obviously too far away to handle that so the ladies at the Group worked to get everything fixed in time for the final walkthrough without a hitch! The team is extremely knowledgable about both the area market and the home selling process itself. They were always quick to reply to emails, calls or texts and always had a smile in their voice and a quick, accurate answer.....even if it wasn't what I necessarily wanted to hear ;-) We ran into a little confusion toward the end with our closing documents/costs and they jumped right in to help, even though that is more under the title company's purview. From day one every aspect of dealing with the Kuzma Group was a 10 and we are very happy we chose them to sell our home. We have recommended them to several military friends we still have in the area and will continue to do so. We highly recommend this very capable and professional team for your real estate needs!

Review I got in touch with four agencies/RE professionals. Angie was the fifth and was the only one to offer getting together at the house I wished to sell and see what we had to work with and develop a strategy from there. Everyone else wanted me to come to their office and discuss strategy and sign paperwork. How can one develop a strategy without seeing the place? The pictures taken were professionally done; they put the listing 'everywhere' it seemed. There was also regular feedback on how the listing was being received by the public, # of hits on which website, saves to 'favorites', etc., and also, real estate agent feedback after showing the house. I would definitely recommend Kuzma / Angie.
