I have worked with hundreds of people across Western New York-from young professionals buying their first home or condo, to long time homeowners selling the family property, to investors looking to grow their portfolios. What they all have in common is the trust they place in me.

I was interviewed for a listing after the homeowners asked me to review the price another agent had suggested. The husband called because he felt uneasy about the valuation. After completing a detailed market analysis, I realized the other agent wasn’t as familiar with the Elmwood Village area and had undervalued the home. I recommended listing it $35,000 higher based on local trends and property features. They decided to list with me that same evening. After following a few staging tips I provided, we went live — and within one week, we had three strong offers. The property ultimately sold for $100,000 over my list price. The sale closed smoothly, and the sellers were thrilled with both the results and the personal attention they received.

I first got into real estate for a simple reason — I wanted to buy a home, but I couldn’t find an agent who truly listened to what I was looking for or took the time to answer my questions. That experience stuck with me. I knew there had to be a better way to help people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives — with patience, honesty, and genuine care. That’s what inspired me to get my license, and it’s how I’ve approached every client since.
