In that week and half we had twenty one showings. When it was time for offers we had seven to choose from. We were able to get a the top end of what we could have expected. When we accepted the offer it came with conditions because we had had seven offers Joseph was able to go back to the offer and get them to waive all conditions. We could not have asked for more out of a Real Estate agent.

It was great to work with such a dedicated real estate agent as Margaret and I enjoyed the personal service I received on the daily. I'm sure that Miss Nerber was asked the same questions over and over by other clients but knowing this was new to me she was taking care of me and was never annoyed or discouraged over the many times I contacted her. My questions were always answered in a timely and professional manner. If I didnt understand what was happening or what the process was it was explained to me in laymanaEUR~s terms so I could wrap my head around it and move forward. I viewed many homes that were suggested to me online and went to many open houses private showings and personal tours with Margaret. We were surprised at the number of agents that never engaged us in conversation or actually attempted to "sell" the home during the opens. One Sunday that all changed. We met April from Joe Trifilo's team! She is an engaging upbeat person. We told her we were selling our home to a friend and had been going through open houses on our own. She suggested we contact Joe to come by our home to give us an idea of what he would list our it for. It surprised me that she would offer this service without even knowing for sure that we would work with their office to buy our new home! Joe ended up coming over and helping us land on an asking price. And we contacted April to see a few homes before she transitioned to another position within Joe's team. April introduced us to her associate, Dana, who picked up with helping us find our new home. I can not say enough about the time and patience Dana had with us..well me especially! Selling a house can be stressful and Joe and his team were MORE than accommodating with timelines and flexibility. Anytime I had a question Joe or someone from his team were quick to respond with helpful answers. Joe makes sure that his clients feel like the decisions are in their hands. There is no pressure to do anything you don't feel comfortable with and he is more than understanding when you have a concern about something. The first and only open house we had to have yeilded 77 people on a snowy winter day. You can imagine how my floors looked. I came home to find that Joe's team and cleaned my floors! That meant so much to me, and made me feel like Joe and his team really had my back. We were able to accept an offer within a week of putting the house on the market. Though the home inspection process Joe directed us and negotiated on our behalf to come to an agreement that worked in our favor. I didn't even know you could negotiate those terms and received a call from Joe advising me to condisder negotiating. Joe handled it all and made it so effortless and not at all stressful. If you are thwant kind of person who likes communication and expertise than you should highly consider Joe. I've worked with realtors in the past and thought they were all the same.
