ZillowVERIFIED We dealt with Rachele's husband, Ian and they both make a great team who are knowledgeable, committed, and are also very kind. There were a few things that delayed closing a bit, including a gas leak at the final walk-through. Ian went the extra mile to make sure we were safe and we were able to close promptly because he was so diligent and thorough. I would happily use this team again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We shared with Rachele our very time sensitive goal of selling AND buying a house prior to the upcoming school year. Rachele was on top of it! She was very organized and ensured that her plan of action coincided with our timeline. Not only did we come to terms with the sale of our house within 2 weeks, but with her expertise and deep knowledge with the area we wanted to move to she was able to provide us with an option for a new house that was exactly what we wanted. Rachele ensured we understood exactly how the process of selling and buying would play out as well as kept us up to date each step of the way. The entire process was simple, easy, and exciting knowing that we had an expert on our side. I cannot recommend Rachele enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachele did an outstanding job on both the purchasing and selling end of our property. We purchased as an investment and held for three years. Rachele is an investor friendly Realtor who truly understands the Buffalo/Tonawanda/Niagra real estate market. The support of the whole Bridges Team was excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED We've worked with the Bridges Team twice, once to purchase a new home and the second to sell the old home. Rachele and her team are friendly and very helpful, in a few words we were treated as Family and not clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Rachele and her team at The Bridges Team at Hunt Real Estate firm. We are Canadian cititizens who had misplaced most documents pertaining to our home in Niagara Falls, New York. We foresaw that selling this property would be highly problematic. Rachele was not discouraged and jumped right in to assist us. She solved problem after problem easily and seamlessly. She showed efficiency and kindness at every stage. MANY thanks Rachele, I would not hesitate to secure her services in selling a home or property.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Rachele since 2020. She had gone out of her way to schedule me tours during my lunch breaks and when I was in-between locations for work or schedule them way late into the night if I had worked until 6pm when I was looking for my first house. She always went above and beyond to help me. After a year of being in that house she helped me sell it for more than what I had bought it for, and helped me find my new house. She worked hard to get me the best deal in both transactions. Even when she isnt a helping you directly she still reaches out, sends holiday cards and just checks in on you. She makes you feel like a person and not just a business transaction. Ill use her until she retires!

ZillowVERIFIED I was on the fence about buying a house but after inquiring on Zillow my girlfriend and I decided to start looking at houses with Rachele and Ian we knew that we we're set with trustworthy realtors in this area for as long as they're in business. I've always been skeptical of realtors because of some bad experiences looking at commercial property in the past. Ian and Rachele were very honest and had our best interest in mind the whole time. Ian was quick to point out flaws in properties that I gaurantee not everybody would have. They always made time for us and when we wanted to take a break from looking, they respected that. When we finally found the right house Rachele worked with the bank, attorneys, insurance company and took care of all the due diligence. I will be using their services again soon and I can not recommend them enough.
