ZillowVERIFIEDI wanted to take a brief moment to thank Carol for her assistance in selling our home. Buying and selling a home can be stressful at times both financially and emotionally. Carol minimized this in every way possible. Carol was timely with phone calls and emails and always made us feel like we were her only client. Secondly, she knew what she was talking about! She came prepared every time with accurate comparables and spoke from experience with relevant data including matters associated to land, structure and finances. Most importantly, she was savvy and structured with a plan that made sense. This included targeted goals and timelines to set expectations to. Overall, we had an excellent customer experience and will highly recommend Carol to anyone entering the volatile real estate market. Dia & Doug

ZillowVERIFIED I called Carol when I finally decided I wanted to sell my home and I am glad I did. Working with Carol was easy, she is great at communicating the process and she was very responsive whenever we had questions. This put myself and my husband at ease regarding the process and quickly we had offers on our property. She is honest, fair, connected, and someone who can be trusted. I would work with her again on a property deal if needed in the future and obviously would recommend her to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We enjoyed working with Carol Klein. We were purchasing a home in the Buffalo, NY area while living in Florida. Carol was very helpful using Zoom to show us the home. She also arranged for the inspection and was with the inspector at time of the inspection. We were able to talk to the inspector via Zoom when he completed his inspection. Overall, this purchase went well despite our not being able to actually see the property. Carol was helpful throughout the process maintaining contact with the sellers agent.

ZillowVERIFIED It had been 30 years since having to work with an agent. Our goal was to find an agent that worked in the town we were interested in purchasing a home. Carol responded to a general request and we couldnt have been more pleased. Carols process expertise and negotiation skills were what impressed me the most. Once we found the home we wanted, Carol put us in the best position to win the bid. She explained the process, helped us with defining the limits and parameters and negotiated a deal. We beat out 5 other potential bidders with an affordable contract that we are very happy with. If youre looking for an agent call Carol Klein!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer Carol helped to guide me in the homebuying process. With her years of experience, she helped me to identify the type of home that would match my lifestyle the best. During my home search, she was able to point out any problems with the home, and repairs that would need to be made in the near future. In the end she found the home that is perfect for me, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I rarely write reviews, however, my experience working with Carol compelled me to write one because she was absolutely AMAZING! Carol helped my boyfriend and I find our first home together. Since this was our first time purchasing a house, we did not know much about the process. Carol remained extremely patient and taught us a lot. She kept in touch with us daily and was a pleasure to talk to each time. Her professionalism, dedication and going above and beyond ethic is exemplary! I would recommend Carol to anyone purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Carol was great. We received a text message from Carol the same day we requested an agent on Zillow. She was responsive to our e-mails and quickly arranged for private showings that worked with our schedule. Thanks to Carol, we were able to find and purchase a home at a time when the home buying process became affected by the pandemic. Overall, Carol was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Carol was amazing from start to finish and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Being first time home buyers, we were not familiar with the home buying process and didnt know where to start. We saw a house listed on zillow that we liked so requested more info and Carol set up a call to chat with me and my husband. She gave us a lot of very helpful information about the current market, different types of loans and basic info that no one had really laid out for us prior. Although we did not end up pushing further on the first house, she had us set up on her real estate portal that night. With it being a sellers market and extremely competitive between buyers, its crucial to act quickly and have the knowledge of what can strengthen your bid. Due to Carols promptness, expertise and her drive in making sure we got the house we absolutely loved, we were able to secure our offer and move into our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We thought that when we requested an agent via Zillow, we would just get sent to a computer. We had no idea that we would be set up with such a wonderful real estate agent like Carol! From day one Carol was extremely honest with us, very attentive, and extremely helpful. She would answer the phone at any hour to answer all of our trivial questions about buying our first home. She never gave up on helping us find our perfect house, especially in such a competitive market. She helped us learn so much about the home buying process. When the pandemic hit right after our offer got accepted, she gave us comfort with the unknown of what would happen with our home buying process. We love our house, but if we ever go to sell or look for a new home, Carol will be our first phone call. You are in good hands with Carol!!

ZillowVERIFIED I ended working with Carol by chance during my first home buying process! We started looking at single family homes back in November 2019, and in mid January 2020 we shifted our direction and started looking into condos/townhomes. Carol is very responsive and easy to get a hold of either through email/texts/calls. She provided me with many options sticking to my price range, location and other MUST haves. She provided me with a team of professionals to facilitate this process that at times was frustrating during the Covid pandemic. Very knowledgeable, always respectful, and very pleasant.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was a delight to work with...we worked with her on a purchase of a first home for our son, wife and family. Since we were 40 years removed from the process, she made the experience virtually painless. Every question was responded to quickly and her office kept us on top of things. If we ever sell our house and downsize, we would not hesitate to call Carol....THANK YOU

ZillowVERIFIED Called several numbers on several For Sale signs on a Sunday Afternoon, Carol was the only one that answered. Immediately Carol had information and after looking for the right home for over a year Carol sent us emails of Homes available based on our desires. Carol took the time to detail just the type of homes we were looking for and not just a Generic List of homes on the market. I strongly Recommend Carol Klein for your very important Real Estate Purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was an exceptional real estate agent when selling our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and always worked to serve our best interests. She was fair and ethical and operated with integrity throughout all of her dealings with us and on our behalf. Carol was patient with us as we made decisions and moved through this process. She advocated for us to buyers and work as an intermediary between us and our lawyer to facilitate faster responses and a quicker closing date. I cannot recommend Carol more highly. Our house was somewhat challenging to sell, due to the condition of the home and the fact that renters had left it in a less than desirable condition. Carol worked tirelessly on our behalf. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Carol was such a wonderful experience! It was our first time buying a house and she made everything so smooth and enjoyable it almost made it hard for me to understand why so many people think buying a house is such a stressful process! She truly understood what we were looking for in a home right away and despite all the houses I?d looked at and thought I liked, she quickly found the house we fell in love with at first sight and ended up buying! She is someone you can trust and makes you feel safe and supported while making one of the biggest purchases of your life!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Carol by chance when I inquired on Zillow. She is now my real estate agent for life. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. She clearly understood her role to be an advocate and advisor for me as her client. Carol met me at a house and drafted a contract on a holiday, returned calls during nights and weekends, and was basically everything I couldve asked for. She also skillfully negotiated with the selling agent to gain some concessions that I thought were appropriate. Without hesitation, Id recommend Carol to anyone.
