He suggesting a three day open house instead of a traditional weekend open house. That suggestion worked perfectly as we had multiple offers for our home. ZillowVERIFIED Joe was a great help in our search for a rental property. We wanted to invest in a classic Buffalo double. We looked at properties on the West Side, and found a very tight market, and nothing worth the asking price in our price range. We wanted to buy a property and improve it, but not revive it from the dead! Joe was very responsive showing us the properties we wanted to see, and explaining things about the market (e.g. trouble with absentee landlords and the abysmal conditions they leave in their wake), and provided excellent information on reasonableness of price, possible rents, etc. We felt no pressure, and he was really there to help us scope out our ideal property, which turned out to be in a location we had not originally considered. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy in Buffalo, who wants the voice of experience at their side. Thanks Joe!

Let me first start by saying that I have used Joe on both of my home purchases, and he has helped my sister, brother in law and countless friends purchase their homes. There is no person I trust more in real-estate. Allow me to elaborate a bit on what you can expect when Joe Sorrentino Jr is your agent. First, and most obvious when you first meet him, he is a genuine, caring and accommodating man. You will feel like you have his undivided attention, regardless if you are buying, selling, have a budget of $75k or $500k. He is there to help you every step of the way. He explains every step in the process and makes you feel comfortable before moving on. We all have, no doubt, heard the horror stories of home buying. I have to conclude that none of these happened with Joe as the agent. Through out the process, Joe is honest, up front, and never pushy. If it isnt right for you, then it doesnt work for Joe. At no time during my home buying experiences did I ever feel that I was being pushed in a direction I didnt want to go. Joe will be open and honest about each property, be the first to point out flaws and be the first to walk away if just not right for you our your family. He knows the Market better than anyone I have ever talked to, and he knows how to maximize your buying/selling ability. Joe will do everything in his power, including some very creative negotiating and dealing to get you the house of your dreams. I will continue to refer all my friends and family to Joe, and will look to him for all my future real-estate needs.

He took his time and really listened to what we wanted and showed us a ton of options. He really was our advocate in this confusing process. He normally tags along with Home Inspections so gave great insight to structural issues that came up on our first viewing instead of getting to a later stage and finding out months later. I highly recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I (in our late 20s) just recently closed on our first house and we could not be more please with how Joe handled the process from start to finish. We, admittedly, had zero knowledge about the process going in but he was there every step of the way to explain the ins and outs of everything from construction to neighborhood values. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, the aspect of dealing with Joe that we appreciated the most was his responsiveness. I often would text and call him at odd hours and he would, without fail, get back to me almost immediately. No matter how asinine my questions, he always answered them honestly and provided his opinion thereto. A nice bonus of dealing with his agency was that, once we narrowed down what we were looking for (price range, sq. footage, type of house, neighborhood, etc.) they would send an email at the start of each day with all such houses on the market. Given how crazy fast everything seems to be going in WNY these days, this allowed us to pounce on any houses that we fancied. As an added bonus, a house across the street from the one we ended up buying just sold in 24 hrs for a price roughly $25k above what we got ours for, a good sign that Joe was correct about our house likely increasing in value and being a good investment. We couldnt be happier with the service we got from Joe, will absolutely use him when/if we decide to sell our new house, and highly recommend anyone, especially first-time buyers like ourselves, use him to help navigate the daunting task of home-buying.
