ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped us to find a home that met all of our needs and wishes at a very reasonable price. He was super responsive to all of our calls, texts, and emails. We found his advice valuable as we made final decisions about making an offer. We definitely felt like he was on our side. He was patient that we find the right house rather than applying pressure to reach a sale. We are now engaged in selling our previous home and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very nervous putting our house on the market as we had lived in it for ten years and we had a lot of our childrens toys around the house. Michael put us at ease and gave us great advice about what we could do to get the house ready for showings. Michael did an excellent job marketing our house with excellent photos, newspaper ads and websites. Michael already had a list of clients who were interested in buying a home in our area so he was able to sell our house very quickly and we were offered full asking price on our house. Michael did a tremendous job selling our house. If it wanst for his connections and dedication, I know our house would have been on the market for longer. Thank you Michael!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was outstanding. I had come from a situation where I was ?dealing? with a very unpleseant agent in a different company. They were very unresponsive and unhelpful. I was referred to Michael, and everything changed. He was passionate about finding the right place, but most of all he was persistent. We went to multiple houses, and put offers down that were not accepted, but we persisted on and Michael guided me through the entire experience. The house that I did buy, had a selling agent that was very unresponsive and on vacation for long periods of time throughout the sale. This normally would have created a nightmare but Michael made sure everything went smoothly and worked hard for me through the entire process. I bought my first home with Michael and can assure you I would never go with anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Michael Boland for the first time 3 years ago when we bought a small house in Allentown. This summer we decided to buy something bigger in the city and we reach out to Michael that was very helpful, professional and at the same time friendly and understanding. The search for the new house was fast and everything went very smooth. Michael would always keep us up to date on what was going on and give us good suggestions on problem solving matters. When it came to sell our house in Allentown we asked Michael to take care of it. He took good pictures and advertised pretty much everywhere. It didn?t take long at all for the house to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED #1. The devils in the details (but so are the angels). All contracts are living, writhing and sometimes poisonous snakes be they signed in a fancy office or on the napkin underneath your beer stein. Mr. Boland can read a contract. Not all attorneys will bother or are even capable of reading your contract. (The Shakespeare quote comes to mind). Michael will explain your contract to you keeping your interest in mind. You must understand your contract before you reach for your pen. Then put your pen away and sleep on it. #2. Once it has been properly marketed - Its fairy dust. Its not personal. Its the market that buys or sells your property - it has nothing to do with you. A good realtor guides his client through this mostly grinding process until buyers remorse = sellers regret and the property changes hands. A good realtor is half marketeer/reader of contracts and half psychologist, which is why Mr. Boland gets almost entirely 5 star reviews. Maybe hge should be dealing with N. Korea.

ZillowVERIFIED When people describe a realtor who goes the extra mile, they are describing Michael Boland. We were particularly picky as we hunted for a house with lots of character that was not too expensive, but not to run down. As such we were house hunting for a year on and off. From day one Mike was very helpful. We were sent consistent listings, and we sent a few to him. He always responded quickly. Sometimes instantly. Sometimes in the middle of the night. When he had to go out of town, his associate stepped in and we got the exact same attention to detail. Once in the houses Mike knew the areas, perspective rents we might get, and had a good sense of the work needed to bring the houses back to life. Even on my grumpy days after many disappointing houses Mike was always positive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Which is impressive because we dragged him through some real dumps we thought might have had promise. Once we chose a house Mike kept things moving along very smoothly when he could. He let us know what to expect at different stages. And his bid recommendation let us narrowly beat out 2 other bidders. Were very happy with our house, and unlike some, were happy with our journey finding it. I have no doubt that is because of Michael Boland.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I rented from Michael for a year, and he helped us buy our first house at the end of that year. Michaels knowledge of the area and patience with all our first-time-buyer questions were invaluable to our search. He never pushed us to buy a house we didnt love, but he always provided good options to let us know what was on the market. He had plenty of reliable contacts so that we could get everything rolling at top speed once we found a house. We were ready to close and just waiting for the sellers a full month ahead of our initial estimate! We had a great experience, found a house we love (for $10,000 under list!), and the purchasing experience was quick and smooth. The only negative from the whole process is that we cant rent from him anymore!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant recommend Michael enough! We were only partially sure what we wanted, and Michael helped us discern what would be the best fit without ever being pushy. He was extremely respectful of our budget and was always flexible enough to work around my husbands crazy retail work schedule. We were first time home buyers, and Michael walked us through the entire process while including useful, clear, and practical advice-- hes just as knowledgeable about mortgages as he is real estate. If youre looking for an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and perceptive realtor that treats you more like a dear friend than a customer, Michael is definitely your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Very responsive, worked with us closely to get us into places we wanted to see, helped us quite a bit with the process since we were first time buyers, and did good work on comps when putting bids in. Would have liked a bit more knowledge with respect to costs we should expect for needed repairs, but did point us in the right direction to get answers.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of having Michael work with us two fold- selling and buying. He masterfully planned the open house - we sold our house within two days with multiple offers and over asking price! The next process was a little more difficult for us....we were looking for the perfect house for our family. Michael was always available, always responsive to our questions and calls, and ever so patient with us. We finally found our dream home and Michael was a huge part of helping us win the multiple bid offer. And on top of it all - he is a great guy!!

ZillowVERIFIED My overall experience with Michael Boland as my real estate agent has been great. He was always very helpful throughout the whole process and was willing to answer any questions I had. Not only was he very helpful but he was very honest. He would always point out different flaws in the homes we were looking at which not all real estate agents will normally do because that can sway you opinion against a home negatively. I was also worried about not being able to coordinate my schedule with someone while looking at properties since I work swing shift but he always made himself available when I needed him too. He always answered his phone or got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. He is a very professional and knowledgable real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael worked tirelessly with me on a very specific criteria set. His time investment in a first-time client was significant. His honesty, bluntness and knowledge made the search not only smooth but meaningful. He sought what I needed, not a quick or convent sale. I am now searching for my first pure rental property with plans to add an additional unit every 12-18 months and Michael will always represent my buyers interest. He is responsive and well connected to area specialists.
