ZillowVERIFIED When you buy/sell real estate, you should look for a partner willing to go beyond a salesperson or agent. Bryan is at the top of my recommendations if you want to find a real estate partner who will STRIVE for you! I'm an out-of-state buyer. Before Bryan and I did our first deal together, he took time out of his busy schedule and personally drove us around the entire city of Buffalo to help us understand every single inch of the city, so I could learn about the city from a local expert's perspective, and that was when we hadn't partnered up yet! Then the first property I found involved the possibly hardest transaction that could make every realtor back out, but not Bryan. Beyond everything a realtor would do for a client, he always stays positive, proactive, and communicative for me, and never hesitates to go extra miles to take necessary measures to make sure both buyers and sellers are on the same page, the lender can be satisfied, and the attorneys are notified to take actions. That transaction was among the toughest ones I had ever done before, but Bryan nailed it and knocked it out of the park as a real estate partner!! I'm located out of state, but working with Bryan feels like I was right there at the property with him, because he's always there for help! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for anyone who does not only want to buy properties, but also wants top-level full real estate services!

This gentleman went way above and beyond the role of a real estate agent in every way possible for my wife and I.We are based in Australia with our property in Buffalo NY. We had a very difficult tennant who basically wouldn't allow anyone access to the property once she got wind that we were wanting to sell back in 2021. Bryan was the agent we had first contacted to sell our house and due to the tennant was unable to access it. This is where you'd think we'd part company and Bryan would call it a "Day" (no pun intended) but no not Bryan. At no financial gain to himself he facilitated communications with all stakeholders (property management, lawyers, maintenance contractors etc) even visiting the premises to get photos for us where the property manager had failed. Honestly we would have been in some serious trouble if it wasn't for him. He took this upon himself as a truly great human being and was patient enough to stand with us for what ended up taking well over 12 months until he received any financial recompense for all his hard work.If you want to buy a house or sell a house you couldn't find a better more honest man than Bryan Day.
