Devan is great! I have waited forever for a relator Who wants to help new home owners achieve their dreams. Devan did just that! I highly recommend!! I guarantee you he will fight to get you into your dream home. This individual had knowledge about the area and showed us several homes and then found our dream home. The process was wand easy to understand and he explained in great detail how it will all be finalized. Devan worked with us for nearly 8 months to help us find the home we wanted. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, understanding, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we were wanting and looking for. When it came time for us to tour, he worked with our schedules promptly to get us in to see the properties we were interested in, and was extremely patient with our VERY inquisitive toddler that was our frequent tour buddy. When it came time for us to make offers, he used his knowledge of the market and our personal budget to help guide us to make offers that were competitive but not outlandish, even with the market being as crazy as it was. And when we finally closed, he made sure we got to the right place, at the right time, when our lender had actually told us the wrong place entirely. We felt that he truly was looking out for us and wanted us to succeed in finding the home that we wanted, not just make any sale. We could not have asked for anything more from him and our experience with him, short of him literally becoming magical. Should we ever need to move again in the future, he will be the first one we call, and if we have any friends or family needing to do so, we will more than happily recommend Devan to them.
