1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find an agent who has knowledge of the area. Then get to a lender. With so many programs out there it is so important to match up the right type of financing with the home you are looking to purchase. A Pre Qualifiaction or a Pre Approval will give you a leg up on other buyers when negotiating an offer.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
No matter what the market conditions. A home that is priced correctly, in good repair, and marketed correctly will sell. The service you receive from your listing agent and the exposure their brokerage can provide is critical to selling your home for top dollar in the shortest amount of time. Also, where are you going? Do you need to buy another home? Is your Realtor prepared to help you on both ends?
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with first time home buyers all the way to over a million dollar buyers and sellers. We treat all clients no matter what price range they are in with the same high quality service
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We are fond of all transactions. The buying and selling of a home is one of the most important financial transactions you will make. Helping a client move to the next phase of their lives is the most important thing we do.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Cindy Stockhaus has been in Real Estate for 15 years. Michael has been in Real Estate for 5 years. Michael joined Cindy after working in Retail management for 16 years. It presents the perfect family business.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Cindy has a GRI certification and both are associate brokers.
