Before my meeting with Kyle, he had confirmed two different times over the phone that he could provide a lower fee than another realtor I was planning to use. However, during our in-person meeting, he said he could not go lower. Although I moved forward with him because I did not want to hold up the process, this caused a lack of trust with him throughout the selling process. It was very unfortunate that he did not keep his word. I never knew if he was being honest with me. He has some good points, but I'm rating lower because honesty is extremely important to me.

Review We've long had our eyes on the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood, and always thought it would be just out of reach for us, but we approached Kyle about being our Realtor anyways based on his knowledge of that market. We told him what our moonshot was, what our price range was, and how much DIY renovation we were willing to take on; and Kyle absolutely knocked it out of the park for us by finding an off-market fixer-upper that was in a better location than we had ever thought we'd find in our price range, and well within our comfort zone to DIY it back to life. From there, he was helpful and responsive in working through the fine print and stipulations of the offer sheet, connecting us with mortgage brokers & contractors, and moving this transaction forward. Review Please note, this is a review from a Seller's experience and advance apology for length of this review, but wanted to share the full scope of my experience:After an unsuccessful attempt at selling my Fall Creek Place condo in Summer 2021, Kyle Williams contacted me in the Fall to discuss my future plans for the condo. I asked him to check in with me after the New Year. He called to follow-up February 2022. We met at my condo property early March and did a walkthrough. He was prepared with comps for other properties. He gave insight into his strategy and what he thought we should price at and why he thought it might not have sold the year before. He showed us the data from his past listings and the scant days from listed to sold. It was impressive. We decided to list with Kyle on March 17, 2022. Photos were taken March 21, 2022. The condo was listed on March 25, 2022. We had a full price offer on March 26, 2022. Closed on April 15, 2022. If you like persistence and tenacity (and not in an annoying or rude way), this is your Realtor. If you want a Realtor who is a great communicator, Kyle talks, texts and calls! It was honestly a great transaction and in my opinion this was partly due to Kyle's expertise and knowledge. We are hoping to use him when we are ready to sell our home and highly recommend him.
