ZillowVERIFIED Horrible, very passive aggressive do not work with her if you're a first time home buyer! She pressure me to get into a contract where the terms were exclusive agent for 60 days and I politely asked if she could make it 30day and she refused. So I said okay I will work with someone else thanks for your time. She then get escalated and sends me a bitter message saying my agent doesn't appreciate there time if the contract is property specific or 30 days and I told her well I appreciate my agent time and flexible in the contract and that why I chose them and Not you. She then gets more escalated trying to justify her positions and I told her to leave me alone and she starts harassing me with phone calls and messages saying I am harassing her lol. I thought your supposed to be a proffessional. I have the msg screenshots.

ZillowVERIFIED Based on first impression this is someone that you do not want to work with if its your first time buying a home, Or any time at that. I rescheduled my appointment with her for a certain time frame. Due to meetings at work. When it was time for our meeting, i Never got a call, never got a text or anything canceling or rescheduling. She finally decides to contact me 3 hours after out time. Now that im busy and can respond and decided not to go with her she tells me that she decides to not work with me because she forsees me being a terrible clinet. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt recomend to anyone made me feel unwanted specially for being my first time and not knowing much.

Stacie was recommended to us by an associate for an estate sale. (We have not put the house on the market yet), but we relocated back to Indy and she was the first person I contacted to look at homes. She was quick to respond to every question we had, had appointments to see homes were done immediately. She recommended a great company for our loan. I needed someone local and trustworthy to help facilitate the sale of a rental property I owned while living in another state. Stacie made this experience easy and positive for me. After consulting with other investors and wholesalers, I was given the impression my home would not sell easily and for less than market value. I'm glad I did not listen to them. Stacie has a genuine personality and an amazing knowledge of this market. Upon listing my home on the MLS, it went pending within a week and at an offer price higher than I anticipated. Stacie's reply to Hassan: We couldn't talk often because he was in the middle east in a different time zone and would call super early while I was asleep or super late when I was going to bed. Of course we have to depend on the surrounding sales - that's how we figure out comparables. I didn't recommend a price because I don't do that - I give ranges of solds in the area and let the seller decide. I never told this seller my goal was to sell in a short time regardless of the value. I felt I worked very hard on this deal - he wasn't the easiest - and this review is surprising to me. I live in Qatar and wanted to sell my condo in Indianapolis. I picked Stacie from few listed agents on the internet. I tried to talk to her on the phone but she was always busy and she communicated with me by emails. When the time came to list the property, she depended on the souranding area and not the actual values. She was not good at it and recommended a price that is about 12% less than the final selling price. Her goal was to do the selling in a short time regardless of the real value of the property. She did a good job preparing for the sell and followed my negotiation approach.
