Review Erik was recommended to us by our lender. Being our first foray into home buying, we took the recommendation and were so glad we did. Erik worked on our schedules, mostly being weekends. He was willing and able to meet us, morning, night, evenings and weekends. Showed us all the houses we asked to see and was extremely quick to do so. He was extremely upfront and honest with us. Erik was a wondeful guide thru the whole process, never pushy, never tried to up price or anything to pad a commision. He was able to get us more sellers credit than we even ended up being able to use! I wont use another realtor or another banker. John and erik make a wonderful team, i honestly dont think id be writing this from our new home without them on our team. Thank you again erik we will be forever grateful

Review Erik was a great asset in the sell of my home, i got the most out of the property. he coordinated all of the contractors to whatever work on the inside of the home. although i had moved out of the home 3 months prior, he had the home staged with furniture which in my opinion really was a selling point/attraction for buyers (more realtors should do this for their clients). home was placed on the market late february 2023 and was sold within 2 weeks then closed the end of march 2023. excellent experience, i would definitely recommend and use his services again!

He brought us solid analysis of the market coupled with unique suggestions and ideas that ended up making the whole process way easier than if wed gone a traditional route. He was always willing to jump in and help with different parts of the process (we do not live in the area anymore so we had to do everything remotely) from taking pictures and videos so wed see what was going on to getting folks access whenever needed through the process. Could not recommend Erik more highly! If you want a real partner who will get you the most he can, Erik is your guy.

Review Erik was fantastic to work with during the selling of our home. Our timeline on selling wavered and changed a bit and Erik was patient and kind. He sent us important information and always picked up phone calls to answer our questions. Once we listed the house Erik completely staged the home with furniture, pictures, towels, plants - the whole works. We got our full asking price within 7 hours of the house being listed! Erik was also diligent in the inspection response process and was able to negotiate very well on our behalf. I would recommend Erik to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home.
