I am living in a different State and they had to arrange all the process of getting the house in condition for the sale inside and out. It had to be cleaned out and painted completely, and then cleaned out, locks changed, and repairs done. I'm older and could not do it myself.

Since we were interested in purchasing an older ranch-style home, we were concerned about a few "older home problems".
