Review I had been working with another realtor that wasn't exactly meeting my needs so I reached out to Brittany who was recommended to me by the loan officer. She was able to accommodate me on short notice and show me a few homes right away. She let me know if at any point she wasn't available her team would step in since homes were going on and off market so quickly. I was lucky to find a place I was interested in very early on. Brittany gave great advice on how to proceed and was very knowledgeable about the process, taxes, home features, etc. She, along with Carrie, was always quick to answer questions or concerns. I was never worried that something would be overlooked or forgotten. She was also very patient with me when it came to accommodating my schedule (including multiple days out of town) and fought to make sure I closed on time despite some issues out of our control. I honestly don't think I could be happier with my choice to work with Brittany and the James Embry team.

When we decided to go with him, we let him know that we were in the process of relocating and had a really short window. My wife actually said we want to have a buyer within a week! James just smiled and agreed to do all he could to make that happen. After analyzing our home, the selling market for our area and making some great suggestions with presentation it was time to put it on the market. Surprisingly we received an offer on our very first viewing and actually accepted an offer on the very next day. So it really only took 24 hrs to find a buyer! Now how awesome is that?
