ZillowVERIFIED I loved how Richard helps us with looking at every home we wanted to and explaining parts of the home we didnt figure in like framework. I also really liked how helpful he was with sending in offers and trying to make them competitive. Very friendly and highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED He was quick to show us a home with a tenant and was even able to show us a property from which the listing agent gave no response, since we are first time buyers he had tons of questions about the process, he answered all of the and even provided his cellphone number for further questions.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about Chuck Pennington! He is the best. We were almost 100 percent decided on a house before we looked at it, and he said, before I show this to you, let's look at one more. We were in love! It was even less expensive than the original house(which we ended up hating by the way.) He will really get to know you and your needs...and will help you every step of the way! My husband and I would recommend him to anyone;)
