Cherie worked with me in finding a home in a specific retirement community in Massachusetts. She worked with me for approximately 2 years until my actual retirement , keeping me up to date by email with all listing in the community and others nearby. She met with me many times for showings. At times it was not easy for me to see a house as I had to travel from New York but Cherie knew what I would like and sometimes showed the house to my sister who lives nearby. Cherie is very knowledgeable of real estate values in the area and was a big help to me when negotiating price. I feel I purchased my new home at a very fair price because of her. Cherie was helpful, accommodating and really went over and above throughout my whole experience of selling and buying my new home. I would highly recommend Cherie.
