ZillowVERIFIED i had nothing other than a great experience working with Kim and her teammate Caty. The underwriter asked for a last minute water quantity test less than a week before closing. Mind you, this requires well specialists; try finding one when there's a drought. They were booked out at a minimum of a week and a half. She broke the bad news on Thursday morning. By lunch, she had contacted 6 specialists, I only got around to 2. By the end of the day, she had the well inspected. Her partner Caty came out on Father's Day to show me a home. They're the most dedicated team on the South Shore! Great experience with the two of them!
