Brad Thelin

Brad's job is to solve problems before they cost his clients time or money. Sellers get a price based on recent MLS sales and a clear plan to get the home ready. Buyers get straight answers on septic and Title 5, flood zones, taxes and what a home is really worth. He works with first-time buyers, families moving from the Boston area, multi-family buyers, waterfront buyers, and homeowners who are downsizing or settling an estate.

Before real estate, Brad spent 20 years as a senior network engineer running complex projects. He runs every sale the same way: organized, efficient and done right, with every deadline tracked and clients kept informed from the first call through closing.

Brad is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRESA(R)) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and he has been recognized as a top producer every year since 2018. He holds a B.S. in Resource Conservation from the University of Montana and is a member of NAR, MAR and RASEM. He lives in Dartmouth, where he has served on Town Meeting, the Historical Commission and the Dartmouth Housing Authority and as Secretary of the Dartmouth Rotary, and he volunteers with the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust. Outside of work he hikes, camps and kayaks with his wife and two children.
