His knowledge of the local market, helped me price my house correctly , expertise in preparing the house- painting, staging, declutter, etc took the stress away. Because we needed to install a new septic system, at the same time and all the little things that needed to happen during the selling process and reviewing all of the offers, and finally advising me on my options for finally deciding on the buyers. I would recommend Leon to anyone selling of buying.

Being first time home buyers we were very nervous on which Realtor to use, but Leon came highly recommended to us by 3 different people so we took our chances and we are so glad we did! Leon is extremely supportive, very knowledgeable, approachable, and there when you need him; but most importantly you can tell he is looking out for his clients best interest. Home shopping for us during a hot market proved to be challenging but Leon kept us on track and managed to keep us feeling positive about the whole experience. We are happy he took the journey with us and with his help we found and bought our home! We definitely will be recommending him to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Leon was able to sell my home after we had tried to sell in the past with other realtors. I was impressed by the constant number of showings we had (even over Christmas and the cold winter months). We did not have that with others as it would be busy the first couple of weeks on the market then nobody. He walked me through the entire process and what to due at each step. He gave us guidelines on what to do to keep the house showable. I would definitely use Leon again.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Leon lopes as my realtor because of his impressive reputation in our town of Plymouth. When I told people whom I had chose, the reaction was always he's the best. I had lived in this house for 32 years so letting go was hard. He knew this and walked me through with the patience of a saint. He would always be present anytime the buyers would come to the house .When we had problems with the new smoke detectors he was there the three times to meet with the fire department. He sat with us on numerous occasions to review everything that needed to be done. He handled all the difficult questions with the buyers' realtor with a confidence that took the worries away. He would get back to us in a timely fashion when we had a question. I would highly recommend Leon Lopes to sell your home.

I think we saw close to 30 homes when said and done :) We ended up buying a style of home i swore off in the past and I love it!! Leon was able to get us showings with little notice and on our schedule. It's great to work with someone who is a real estate agent full time and not "on the side". He has the experience we needed.
