ZillowVERIFIED Two summers ago we were vacationing on the Cape and decided we wanted to see a few properties. We weren't ready to buy but wanted to get educated about different towns and options. Found Kim after doing an online seach. She met with us, asked all the right questions, then patiently showed us some homes. When we told her we'd let her know when we wanted to buy, she was gracious and didn't purse us, instead sending some listings on occasion and waiting for us to contact her. Fast forward to end of summer 2020 when we found a few homes we wanted to see. Kim gave us the cold facts about one which were not encouraging. She used powers of persuasion to get us into another property on our schedule. We ended up loving the latter and making an offer. We worried we were not close enough to asking price, but Kim negotiated for us and our counter was accepted. After inspection, sellers didn't want to fix some issues that seemed should be their responsibility. Kim brokered the repairs and the deal was done. Some agents might have disappeared after the purchase and sale. Kim knew we were busy and made calls for us doing things like putting the utilities in our names. She checked in with us until the keys were handed over and then came by with a lovely housewarming gift. We have no qualms highly recommending Kim. She's easy to do business with: professional, follows through, gets thedesired results!

Kim has a positive and professional presence that instantly gives you confidence that she will handle all aspects of the buying and selling process with complete ease. At the start of selling my home, Kim was able to give me the best tips to prepare my home for photography, open houses and showings. She put together a fabulous marketing package which included all media- print, online and social. With her custom approach my home stood out and would not be missed in a search. In fact, my home had an offer, which became the eventual buyer, less than 2 weeks after putting it on MLS. Once I had an offer, Kim was instrumental in keeping me on track and on schedule with the items I needed to complete to get the house to closing. Not only did she know what needed to be done and by when, any time there was a project I could not do myself she is so well connected and knows contractors/handyman who could finish a job quickly and at a fair price. Kim was very dedicated to making sure the offer on my home turned into a quick close. She also made sure we got the price we wanted for the home. Kim was always available to speak or text any time I had questions. She was always respectful, courteous and highly professional. In addition to my home sale, Kim helped me search for a new property. I decided on a community with new construction. Again, Kim was already well connected with the group selling the community and was able to help me secure my future home with zero stress. Since I picked new construction and my home had sold, I needed to find a temporary rental property. Kim does not usually work with rentals, however, she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me search for a rental. She did not have to do this extra work but her willingness to help speaks to her character and commitment to her clients. Kim is knowledgable, professional, efficient and personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone for all aspects of the real estate process.
