Melissa helped us find a new home. She did a great job finding us what we were looking for, negotiating, and making the process smooth and stress free. She went above and beyond in terms of all the little details (house inspection, smoke detector inspections, oil readings, septic inspections, etc.) that are so time consuming. She then sold our home, where again she greatly exceeded expectations. She created a lot of fanfare and buzz prior to our house being listed and sold our house in a week. We had multiple offers at our asking price. She's genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Melissa is extremely responsive and has keen knowledge of the market on the south shore, I highly recommend her.
