ZillowVERIFIEDWe dont have enough words to thank Shawn for being the absolute best realtor we could have hoped for at the right time. Shawn is professional, down to earth, knowledgeable as they come and always confident, calm and reassuring for as many know, selling a home can have its challenges! Shawn stuck with us every single step of the way and we trusted him implicitly to guide us to make the best decisions that worked for us. He truly cares about people!!! I never even felt aware of the business side of it. It felt like a good friend helping us the whole time. Thank you Shawn, from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to help us close the deal. You are the absolute best in every way!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have had a better agent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available for my questions and those of the buyer. His sincerity and interpersonal skills were outstanding and I always had the utmost confidence that he would sell my home and at the right price. He proved me correct on both counts. Shawn went above and beyond on numerous occasions and I was extremely grateful that he was recommended to me. And in return, I give him the highest recommendation - you will not find anyone better.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn Costa did an exceptional job for us as we purchased a new construction home in Plymouth. Our situation was unique because we were living overseas during the entire process and Shawn devoted extra time and energy in helping us navigate the house construction and purchase. He was very proactive in finding us the perfect location and ideal builder. He then acted as a quintessential liaison between us and the builder, explaining the details to us, managing our expectations, and guiding us through the entire process. Shawn engaged the builder on our behalf, when necessary, sent us pictures and videos, along with updates of the house in progress, set us up with a legal team for the purchase details, and even coordinated a home inspector to ensure quality work. Following the purchase, Shawn continued to assist us by providing information on living in the area and helping us get our utilities and other necessities for the house set up. We could not be happier with our house and all the work Shawn did to make the purchase so easy and such a success. We could not have done this without Shawns superb help. Shawn is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and provides sage advice. He was very proactive in providing us timely information and always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. His warm, welcoming personality made him a pleasure to work with. I give him my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn did a superb job of representing my wife and me in the purchase of a historic home in downtown Plymouth. His advice on negotiation was spot on and his familiarity with the market and the area were both outstanding. Not only was he excellent while representing us, he also lined up inspectors and made sure that all inspections were complete and understandable. Since the closing, he has helped us by lining up painters and other contractors to help us preserve and protect this historically important property, both the home and the lot. My wife and I are grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was absolutely the best realtor with whom we have ever dealt. He was patient with us, would respond to emails early in the morning and late at night, and he seemed to known everyone in town. He was never pushy and is a really nice guy too. We would highly recommend him to anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Shawn as the listing agent on our first home. Even with just a small amount of interaction, we were so impressed by his professionalism and calm personality. When we decided to sell that house, the first name that popped into our head was Shawn! Throughout the process he has been a wealth of knowledge and always encouraged us to ask questions. We felt very comfortable working with him and felt lucky to have him in our corner! We will definitely be recommending him to anyone we know looking to buy or sell and are excited to work with him as we purchase a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Having had to deal with numerous brokers, lawyers, buyers and sellers to make this move, I can without hesitation say that there is not a more competent, more professional, more courteous, and caring broker on the East Coast than is Shawn Costa. His patience with us as we searched for the perfect home was unwavering. Not only does he know his business which results in an incredible time saver for us, he masterfully sizes up his clients to show them only relevant choices. Having completed the deal, he continues to insure that our relocation has been as smooth and comfortable as well as help us get oriented with basic services we need. Shawn is now family.

ZillowVERIFIED As with every other profession, all realtors do not provide equal service. It was shear good fortune that we teamed up with Shawn Costa, a ReMax realtor in Plymouth. We were moving from Brooklyn to Plymouth to be closer to children and grandchildren and were searching for "just the right house" on "just the right water." This proved elusive and required enormous patience, time, organization, and hard work on Shawn's part. He was more than equal to the task. Not only did his energy and enthusiasm for the project never fail, Shawn led the charge! We finally found the home of our dreams and have just moved in. Shawn has been at our side all along the way, offering to help with movers, hotels, insurance or any other needs that we have had. Even now as I navigate the ins and outs of living in a new town and have a million questions, Shawn is (still) there to answer them and to connect me with anyone I might need, from garbage removal services to consignment shop owners. Moving is a daunting task; working with Shawn we made a friend we could and did trust to guide us successfully through the unfamiliar process of buying a home. We give Shawn Costa the highest possible recommendation and wish you luck whether you are buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was great! My wife and I met him at an open house we were touring and off we went. He was able to sell our home and find us a new one all within a few months. We couldn't of asked for a better experience. With all that goes into buying one and selling another he was there with all the answers and help we needed to get through it. His hard work and professionalism was so appreciated by us and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
