ZillowVERIFIED We were fortunate enough to use Jeff and his team to sell our condo in South Boston. Jeff brings a local knowledge that you will not find with other realtors. With our property, his comparable properties included condos within 0.25 miles that also had outdoor space and a parking spot. This attention to detail allowed us to sell the property for $35,000 more than other brokers. Other realtors brought in comparable properties that didn't have a parking spot or access to a safe outdoor space. He was also able to accurately value the parking spot that made a huge difference in the price we were able to command. Our property was under agreement within four days of listing with a offer that was over asking price.

To start off, we were a bit of a curveball for him because we didn't know what areas we wanted - our target area was huge. Undaunted, Jeff set up homes and worked continuously until he knew what we were looking for - even before we had it all figured out. And all through it, he was responsive, patient, and just non-stop. I can't think of one time that we wanted to see a place and he couldn't make it - he made sure he or one of his team was there every time whenever we wanted. When we finally found the right place, the negotiation went on for months and, again, Jeff kept at it. When our offer finally stalled because of the seller's indecision and it all looked impossible, he went into turbo mode, sought out the key players and made the deal happen. We wouldn't have this great house if it weren't for him.

Jeff stands high above the rest - his knowledge of the marketplace, responsiveness, professionalism, and communication skills are the best of anyone I've worked with in this field. The Boston marketplace is hot - and if you want to buy at the right pricing and in the best areas, you need an agent that's very responsive and always up to date on the new listings. In all instances where myself or my friends have worked with Jeff, he's treated us as if we were his only client (and that's certainly not the case!) - and I never felt that I would miss out on something new without Jeff bringing it to my attention.
