He helped me get into my first condo in Wareham in December 2017, then listed/sold it in less than two weeks in October of 2020. He has been my inspiration for owning a multifamily property and has helped me EVERY step of the way! After living with my boyfriend for a year and a half, I decided it was time to make the move back towards my hometown in central Mass... Chad followed me, determined to help me find my first multifamily property inA myA desiredA location. He drove over an hour and a half just to come to two showings with me, then proceeded to drive all that way again to go to the home inspection, walkthrough, and closing. He has made it very clear he is willing to drive as far as necessary to get the job done.A The two family home had been more than I had originally wanted to spend, but having been owned by a contractor, I knew it had been well taken care of. Chad went through the bones of the house with me and made me feel confident that this home was structurally sound, regardless of the fact it had been built in 1880 on a fieldstone foundation. Upon completing a home inspection (which was the cleanest the home inspector had ever seen for a home of this age), Chad was able to negotiate in a radon mitigation system which saved me almost $1,000. But a co-worker kept bugging me to meet his friend who's this beast of a Real estate agent/broker and he was persistent enough that i gave Chad Goldstein a call and his enthusiasm over the phone was so high energy that i made the decision to meet with him at my house in person. Chad Goldstein came over and his energy and enthusiasm in person was even more intense. After showing him the house and property and seeing him point out all the all the key things that made my house so unique, and walking me through the things i needed to do in order to put my house on the market and get top dollar i knew he was the broker/agent for me, his passion for real estate was just overflowing. So i went to work on my house and started decluttering, painting and the areas of the house that still had rugs i had hardwood floors and steps installed, and during the process Chad had no problems coming over and getting his hands dirty in order to help me get things done and ready for the market. What broker/agent do you know that's willing to do that, after the following weeks of getting everything ready Chad had done all his research and priced my house on the higher end of the compatible houses in the market and after the first showing there was offers made of up to $20,000 over the asking price of $559,900. ZillowVERIFIED I heard about Chad at a birthday party. My sister's best friend had a terrific experience with him as her realtor when she purchased her house a couple years ago. We weren't actively looking to sell our home but wanted to get out of Brockton where we had been stuck for over 10 years.I decided to just shoot him an email, not really expecting anything to come of it.He called me within 10 minutes!I explained to him that I had desperately wanted to get out of the city but wasn't sure if it would ever be doable for us. I also explained that my husband would need to see numbers that worked to truly be comfortable even discussing moving with 2 young kids.Chad agreed to come by the very next night to take with us to see if it was even a possibility for us.We sat down to go over our debt and monthly Bill's and within 5 minutes of talking with him, we knew Chad was our guy. He was confident and very helpful with every bit of advice he had for us. He even helped with with ideas for how to maximize the layout and flow of our house to get our best offer.Within 2 weeks, we were ready for.our first open house. We had one Saturday and Sunday and by the end of that Sunday, we had 5 offers on our house!!!We ended up selling for $11,000 over asking price!!Then we realized that we needed to start looking and find a house asap.I must have sent Chad 50 texts every couple of days either with questions or lists.of homes we were interested in seeing.He was so patient and always got back to me quickly. After seeing a few houses, we found our home!! It was more than we ever could have hoped for and it wouldn't have happened without Chad's help.Our dream of a better life for our kids, has come true thanks to Chad's hard work and dedication!!He truly wants his clients to find their dream property and we absolutely did.Chad is the man and we honestly cannot thank him enough!!

One thing that he always said was that he didnt care how long it took just as long a we found the right house for me and my family.
