We were looking for our first home and although excited we had also been a little intimidated to start our search since it was all so new to us. Kathleen was with us every step of the way and made the entire process smooth, and reassured us when we hit those little bumps along the road. From day one when we met Kathleen for the first showing we knew we wanted to work with her. She was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and personable. As we continued to work with Kathleen we were amazed at how we always felt like her only client, even though we knew she had many more clients. As our search continued we entered the time period of covid, and Kathleen was still right there helping us navigate the changes while being safe. With covid came challenges of houses selling quickly and a market that was more competitive than before. Kathleen always made it work, if we found something last minute and wanted to get in quickly - she made it happen. If we needed to meet an offer deadline she was willing to bring her laptop with her to the showing to be ready to start the process on the spot. We both work a rotating schedule that includes night shifts, and Kathleen always worked with us regardless of the time that we had been calling or texting.
