About Andres Olaez

My passion for real-estate started at a very young age, in fact, it started when I realized what my dad did for a living- buying and selling homes. He would often take me on his house tours and client appointments so little by little, I became so intrigued towards the business. By the age of 20 I had saved up just enough money to purchase a home. The process was so complex; I didn't know the many options, risks, and legal terms that I would come across, it was all so confusing. Because of this experience, I know the importance of working with someone trustworthy and knowledgeable. My mission as a realtor today, is to inform and guide you through this important process as simple and easy as possible because after all, this is a lifetime investment! I want to make sure that you are able to understand the different options so that you feel confident about your home purchase. I will make sure that we find the right home you can afford based on your financial situation. I believe that buying a home shouldn't be intimidating.
