It is a unique property, and it needed a specific buyer. After 3 months of no results, we went with the MG Group on a recommendation from a friend.We hit a lot of bumps in the road, including challenges with the association and also a water leak that required some construction in the unit. Mario and his team were always there to provide assistance, and assisted in negotiating with the association and even managing the contractors who were during the work in the unit. One of my favorite things about the MG Group was the level of contact that we had with not only the team, but with Mario himself. Every time there was a showing, Mario made sure to let us know how it went, and he was always following up with the agents to get feedback that would assist him in marketing and selling our unit. As I live quite a distance away, I wanted someone who could reliably take care of all the logistics associated with selling a property.Once the property was listed, each showing was accompanied by an email notification beforehand and a showing summary afterwards, so that I always knew the current status of activities. Beyond this, any questions or concerns I had were always addressed promptly, typically within the hour. Selling a property can be a stressful experience, especially when its not convenient to go there yourself to take care of the various issues that potential buyers may raise. Fortunately, Mario and team were always there to facilitate and assist in matters of staging, maintenance, and repairs.
