Her patience, kindness and dedication to help find my boyfriend and I a new apartment has been beyond wonderful. I am not the easiest client to have as I have a disability and an ESA dog, allie goes above and beyond making sure I have everything I need in the apartment and that my dog pickles is welcome to join. I started a new job so house hunting while trying to learn the process was so stressful and she has been a such an amazing help to us. ZillowVERIFIED Dawn advertises herself as the #1 top rated realtor in Hinsdale IL- we disagree based on our experience- Dawn did not deliver results she listed our home over 1 Million and then wanted a large price reduction after a few weeks of no showings, reluctantly we agreed, after a few months of no showings we called her to discuss and when she finally returned the call seems bothered she blamed the price she set and the spring market for no showings- while explaining this she said she could not discuss as she was so busy with showing appointments for her other listings and had to go. Dawn basically wasted our time and money. There are highly rated realtors in Hinsdale she is NOT one of them.

ZillowVERIFIED I am not recommending any particular realtor but I only know that Dawn McKenna is a poor representative of your home. My home was listed at $1.4M and ultimately sold for $1.1. Dawn never counter offered or suggested alternatives. She later called me saying, " I am probably the last person you want to talk to but I was wondering if...." which told me she knew she didn't do her job representing me. Not one alternative. In the end she appeared to be driven to only make a sale. I would not use her at all. I suggest you avoid using her specifically.
