ZillowVERIFIED Jorge was very knowledgeable of the location of the house and land I was selling. He gave me great advise to what I needed to do to the property before listing it. His recommendations were very helpful and useful to getting the house in order. If there was a question or problem Jorge was prompt in answering all my calls and questions or referring me to who would be able to help me. Jorge did a fabulous job in finding a buyer and the sale of the house went very smoothly. I was totally pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would highly recommend Jorge for either a sale or purchase of a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time homebuyers we didn't know what to look for in a home. Jorge Mariscal was very attentive, respected our decisions and applied his skills on my wants and needs in a home. This was not an easy process for either the realtor or us. But we became a team and defeated what came our way. I admit I am very picky and I wanted the perfect home i.e. Granite countertops, big yard, a vast garage, 3+ rooms and 2+ bathrooms. Our closing was February, 28, 2017, almost a month in our home sweet home we couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time purchasing a home. I originally had a agent recommended by my loan company. When ever I called him to view a home, he was never available. So I decided to find my own agent. I called Jorge and asked him that I would like to view a property the same day. Jorge responded "Ill see you this afternoon". There after Jorge emailed me about 12 listings on homes that I would like to view based on what I had described to him. Long story, within those recommended houses we found the perfect one. Jorge did not feel or act like a agent. He advised me on what my mortgage a month would be and he asked me if I would feel comfortable with that payment. He was more like a family member. Someone that I honestly trust. He worked hard for me and ill always be great full to him. He made purchasing my home a great experience!!!! Thank you Jorge!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We made the right choice when we chose Jorge Mariscal to be our realtor. We were living out of state while our home was on the market. This could have been a very difficult situation but Jorge went above and beyond to make everything run smoother. Jorge has an impressive sales record and is very knowledgeable of the area and real estate requirements. Without Jorge our house would probably still be on the market.
