ZillowVERIFIED Anastasiia is an exceptional realtor whom I would recommend without reservation. I hadn't bought property in 13 years and had a lot of questions about the process and Anastasiia answered all of them and put me at ease. One question I had at the beginning of the process was how long will it take? Anastasiia set my expectations at one month at minimum to find a property I like and one month to close. But finding properties in the Compass app was easier than some other sites I had tried, and I ended up making an offer on a place that met all of my requirements in just 5 days. The entire process for me took only a month! Anastasiia is a true expert on the real estate market and the process of buying and selling real estate. ZillowVERIFIED Anastasiia was great to work with! She was my agent from the start of my recent search for a condo through the closing process in Chicago. Anastasiia was very professional and informative. This was my first time buying a home and she was answered all of my questions no matter how small. I felt educated throughout the process. I found a condo that matched what I was looking for while I was out of town. Anastasiia went to see the place the very next day and walk through a virtual showing via a video call. She was detailed and answered all of my questions. While it was a little scary not seeing the place before putting in an offer, I felt confident from the virtual showing after Anastasiia answering my questions and helping me determine an offer that made the most sense given the area and current market. I was still out of town for the inspection after our offer was accepted, so Anastasiia attended the inspection for me and it was a positive experience too. Anastasiia also did a great job providing me additional support and resources throughout and after the closing process, including referring me to contractors for certain projects that have been great to work with so far. The rest of the Ben Lalez team and their partners were also easy to work with and made the entire process as seamless as possible. ZillowVERIFIED Stay away! The service this realtor provides is very poor. It takes a lot of time for them to respond to messages and calls. They try to trap you in their plans by initially offering a 12-month lease, but once it's finalized, they claim it's an 18-month lease, even though the Zillow listing clearly states it's a 1-year lease. She is absolutely rude and unprofessional.
