ZillowVERIFIEDThe property I just reviewed has been posted for over a hundred days. You know what that means? He forgot to delete the listing. I've actually had direct dealings with this guy, and he is grossly unprofessional. It was January and he knew I didn't own a car and yet he was late not once but twice. Twice because he forgot the keys to the unit the first time. He knew precious little about the property and yet he claimed he had once lived there, and that the unit belonged to his Dad. It was a surreal and asinine experience. It was like he was clueless about professional behavior. These stellar reviews are mind-boggling.

All three times Owen was an absolute triumph. He advocated for us when we didn't even know that was a moment where we needed to. He coordinated everything from legal, scheduling, photos, admin, etc. which made it as easy as possible for us. He listened extremely well for what we were looking for, including non negotiables versus nice to haves, was honest with us and set realistic expectations, and over delivered every time. We got a great value for our money on both homes that we purchased, including extras that Owen negotiated for us, and sold our condo for a price we didn't think was possible. He is a great relator who really listens to your needs and wants making sure you are purchasing something you really want and bringing up many great points to think of as a future home owner. He did not let me over pay when I tried to make a large offer and we got accepted on the first attempt biding against others by using his recommendations. I will be recommending him and using him in the future.

This transpired at the start of the Covid-19 shutdowns and although quite challenging, Owen never missed a beat. He maintained his optimistic professional manner and continued to provide impeccable guidance in-spite of ever changing obstacles presented by Covid. What made it more impressive was the fact the we were out of town during the sale and Owen represented our property as if it were his own.
