We first met Gayle at an open house for a unit her team was selling and were instantly drawn to her positive attitude, deep knowledge of the market, and hustle. We were not at all prepared to sell/buy as we had a baby due to arrive in only a few weeks, but Gayle helped us get all of our ducks in a row quickly and efficiently. She gave us advice as first time sellers on how to declutter and present our home in the best way possible, and her team took phenomenal pictures for the listing. We met other realtors and felt like their interest was in themselves and their paychecks, but Cindi's interest is in her clients. She was excellent in her continuous communication with us, she knew when to advise us with regards to our goals and market changes and she was a "steady-eddie" when dealing with the pressure we sometimes put on her. Cindi sold our home at a price and in a timeframe we were happy with....during Covid and after a crazy spring/summer of protests etc. And then, another indication of great service, once we moved, we had some hiccups with mail being forwarded and she didn't have to help us, but she did and went above and beyond.
