Alex Saad made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about their terrible experiences with other realtors. Alex is very responsive, always made me feel comfortable and helped me with every step of the way! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the house closing. During these challenging times (pandemic, lack of house availability) Alex was able to help me find a house & move in, in less than a month. Alex is the best real estate agent anyone can deal with. When I started the search for a realtor to sell my in-laws home, I looked for a top producer, Alex fit the bill. After my first meeting with Alex I knew he was the right realtor for us, he is very professional, knew the area market and had the selling strategy that would sell the house at top of the market. Alex was able to help get the house sold within a week of being on the market using his selling strategy the house sold for a great deal more than the asking price. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their house. Alex was able to make the sale of the house hassle free and took so much stress off of us, we live over 700 miles away from where my in-laws home was sold. If you need a realtor call Alex he will get it SOLD, I am certain he would be a great buying agent also.

Alex was a fantastic realtor. He did everything he could to get me the best options in my price range and gave good opinions as to if certain areas were not as good or safe as others. He kept me in the loop all the time while we were working and helped me get a offer in asap when there was a house I loved. It was a pleasure doing business with Alex and I would highly recommend him.
