ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a fantastic decision we made in choosing Christina and Kelli as our realtors. They are both so hard working and flawless with their communications that it was by far the best home sale we have ever experienced!! They are also so versed in property value and at pricing a house ?right? this in itself drew in many viewings. We received an asking price offer within a few hours of going ?live? . But Christina and Kelli both advised us to wait a bit more. By the end of the weekend we had received multiple offers and selected an offer that we were truly happy with. Selling a house can be a stressful time, but we gained deep respect for both Christina and Kelli as they were there for us at every step and they really minimized much of the stress. You will not go wrong with them as your realtors, we were beyond 100% Satisfied!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about the fantastic job that Christina and her team did in finding our new home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she seamlessly explained everything (probably 10 times) and made sure we understood every step of the process. She even took the time to explain things to my father! We looked all over Oakland county at condos and homes, and Christina was so incredibly knowledgeable and flexible with assisting us. Her and her team were present for every showing, inspection, etc. it really felt like having a friend there with you. At the same time, Christina was no nonsense, and made sure the buyers agents were being fair and truthful. I would recommend Christina, Ronnie and her entire fabulous team to anyone looking to buy a home in Oakland county. My husband and I found our dream home and we couldn?t have accomplished this without Christina.

ZillowVERIFIED Spectacular experience with Ella and her whole team! When I decided to sell my house, I met with Ella and Christina to discuss the selling process. Their professionalism and knowledge was shown right away. As soon as my home was listed, their marketing strategy generated a lot of attention from prospective Buyers which resulted in a ton of showings. I ended up with multiple offers and sold my house for $23,000 more than the price I was hoping to get! Throughout it all, Ella was responsive and gave me in depth answers to the questions I had which made the process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Ella to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED My family trusted Christina and her team to help us buy our new house and sell our old house, and I?m so glad we did. Christina is very savvy and knowledgeable about the market. We trusted her instincts about the price to list our house, and what to offer on our new house, and she was repeatedly proven correct. She?s a tough negotiator on behalf of her clients, and it was always reassuring to have her in our corner. Her entire team is excellent, and they worked very hard to make sure that both of our closings went very smoothly. I can?t recommend her enough ? you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Christina helped us find our new home and sell our old one. She stepped in when we were already a year into our search for a new home, and she quickly got up to speed on what we were looking for and our general tastes in a home. She is quick to respond to any questions and is very knowledgeable about the home buying and selling processes. We always felt that we were in good hands with her and her team! Where Christina really excels is in knowing the market and in her strong negotiation skills. She always has a good eye on comps for houses youre looking at and references broader market activity and trends when it comes time to place an offer or determine a price on the home youre selling. She guided us through negotiations on our purchase and was able to get us a great price for our current home. When it came time to sell our old home, she and her team did a phenomenal job marketing our house -- we were all over social media! -- and then her team made sure we had lots of open house time during the first weekend we listed. Between the marketing efforts and open houses, we had more than 20 showings and came out of that weekend with 3 offers above ask. In a highest and best situation, we accepted an offer at $35K over asking and with great terms for us. Selling our old house and buying our new one were the two biggest financial transactions of our lives, and it was so important to us to have a great advisor to guide us to great outcomes. Christina and her team were perfect for us!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Christina and her team for your next home purchase. They are kind, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Moving from TX provided some challenges with seeing homes and getting a feel for the area, but Christina did a great job bridging that gap with her local expertise, experience, and utilizing technology to show us homes. She really tries to understand her clients needs for both the home and community they are looking for, and she nailed it for us. We are so happy in our new home and the city...which I felt only she could have provided us considering our long distance move. Go with Christina and her team; you wont regret it!

She assured us that her goal was to get us the best buyer and best price for our home, and she really delivered. She used several different marketing strategies to get the most exposure for our home. ZillowVERIFIED She worked and felt our needs. We didn?t struggled with her since she was so fast and demonstrate same urgency when we needed something. Once she got the type of house we were looking for, she was suggesting only houses from our interest, this made feel us confident that what we were looking for was the right house. She is very open and receptive to the customer

ZillowVERIFIED Christina was instrumental in helping us buy the house of our dreams in a very competitive market. We saw the house one day after it was listed and then she advised us three other offers were coming in. With her knowledge and advice we crafted an offer that made us stand out and get chosen by the buyer. She also recommended a mortgage company that was able to give us a pre-approval letter within a hour and very favorable mortgage terms. After all that, she also helped us market and sell our old house. Based on her knowledge, it was priced fairly and we received multiple offers around the Christmas holiday. Best present ever! Thank you, Christina!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife & I bought our first home with Christina as our realtor. Overall, we had a good experience with Christina, but we were let down on few, key occasions. She was the first realtor we ever worked with, so dont have any other benchmark to go by. Recommend her if you are not a first time home buyer and you are ready to do your due diligence. Pros: Very experienced, explained & helped us through the whole process, very responsive to schedule viewings. Always available via phone/text/email. Had a lot of recommendations/resources for inspections, repairs etc., Gave advice on good/bad points of homes., worked late to get our offer submitted on time. Cons: We worked with her associates more than we were expecting(due to various reasons). Lack of thoroughness. Let down during offer negotiation & post inspection negotiation. Felt like she didnt fight for us when it mattered the most and didnt stand up for us when the sellers agent was being difficult. Also made a promise that she couldnt follow through when it came to offer price and appraisal expectation. (Obviously, part of it was my fault too). We had a lot of must haves for the given budget (which was a pretty decent budget) and market was crazy to say the least which meant we took a long time to find the right home, but towards the end of the process it felt like she had moved on and was trying to get us off your client list as soon as possible. It may not be true, but thats how it felt.

Her expertise of the area coupled with a lot of strong marketing meant we had a steady stream of prospects, offers and, a final sale. There was never an email or a text or call that went unanswered and her knowledge of real estate process was second to none. She even went so far as to resaerch and recommend a realtor to us for our 100+ mile move.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing home buying experience with Christina. We had found a home that we wanted to look at and didn?t have a realtor. Based on the recommendation of several family members we called Christina. She had us at a showing within 12 hours of our first conversation. We fell in love with the house, along with several other families, and Christina made sure we got it! Her guidance led us to having our offer accepted. Christina was transparent and helpful through the entire process. If you?re looking for a smooth home buying experience, I highly recommend Christina.

ZillowVERIFIED I carefully interviewed several local, experienced agents prior to selecting a listing agent. My home was unique is more than one way--and I knew that selling it would require extensive skills. Christina stood out in the interview process. She provided a realistic plan and guided me in the pre-sale preparations. Once the listing became active, we immediately received an offer than led to the sale. Christinas experience was very valuable in the negation phase. She was the right agent for my home -- and I will ask her to assist me in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Christina was a phenomenal experience. We were first time home buyers and Christina walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. It felt like we had an expert professional on our side the whole time. Christina was very responsive and generous with her time throughout the process, from viewing the house to closing. She connected us to her contacts when we needed them (mortgage broker etc) and was happy to let us choose our own when we wanted (inspectors). It was very clear that Christina knew the ins and outs of the real estate process and had a lot of knowledge of the local markets, but most importantly to us she was so pleasant to work with! She was so warm and positive throughout the process that it felt like we were working with an old friend. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Christina both for her professional experience and on a personal level.
