Review Jeff is a real Pro, knows the business inside and out. Works on your behalf to get the best pricing possible. His staff sends you emails through out, keeping you up to date, educating you on what to look for, lookout for, be aware of, etc. There is no lack of information through out the process. In addition, Jeff has a sharp eye spotting the little things many would miss in a walk-through. Trust, Character and Integrity.

Review Jeff did an outstanding job selling my 3 bedroom home in Livonia. Jeff and his team checked off every box in accessing the market, listing my home, showing it, and negotiating the sale among competing bidders. From meeting Jeff, to approving the purchase agreement took five days. A great job by Jeff and the Packer Group.

Review We recently worked with Jeff on a home purchase that had a few unique challenges, and he was great throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond, kept us informed, and helped us get everything we were looking for during negotiations. Even after the deal was accepted, he helped coordinate access with the sellers so we could bring in inspectors and contractors before closing. We really appreciated having someone knowledgeable and proactive in our corner, and we'd gladly work with him again.

Review This is the second time I have worked with Jeff and his team, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. After about a month of preparation and marketing, my home was sold at a very satisfying price aEUR" even during January, which is typically one of the slowest months in the real estate market. That truly speaks to Jeffs experience, pricing strategy, and strong negotiation skills. Throughout the entire process, Jeff was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided clear guidance at every step and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. His team was organized, proactive, and always on top of the details. I'm very grateful for their dedication and hard work. I highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home aEUR" I would absolutely work with them again.

Pano assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first home together. He was so on top of things and verified the listing details for us before we went to look at a home. He helped us find a great inspector, kept us up to date with what was going on. We walked into closing fully educated and sure of ourselves. We would definitely recommend Pano to anyone looking to change their home.

Review I cannot recommend Jeff Packer, highly enough after he successfully sold our home this year 2025. Since meeting with him 3 years ago to discuss our plans and future for this house, he has been an invaluable guide meticulously walking us through every step needed to triple our return on investment. His responsiveness was truly exceptional, answering calls and text promptly, even during evening hours and always making himself available for quick questions about changes to our home when we did upgrades last year and finishing touches this year. His expertise dedication and unwavering support throughout the entire process made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and ultimately highly profitable.

Review After months of searching for a Realtor, I finally found the perfect one by pure luckaEUR"Chris C. from The Packer Group. It all started with a house across the street from my home that had been sitting on the market for over a year. One day, I noticed someone looking at the property, so I decided to cross the street and get the scoop on why it hadnt sold. Thats when I met Chris, and Ive been working with him ever since. Last month, we closed on my first property, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Chris has been an invaluable partner throughout this journey. He truly listens to his clients, is always prompt for showings, and shares thoughtful insights. As a newcomer to buying rental properties, I had a lot to learn, and Chris made the process seamless. For example, I wouldnt have considered performing a sewer scope during inspections, but Chris stressed its importance. Thanks to his advice, we discovered a severely clogged sewer in the first house we made an offer onaEUR"something the general inspection didnt catch. Without his guidance, I would have faced significant financial hardship on my first rental property. My experience with Chris and The Packer Group has been outstanding, and I'm so grateful to have them in my corner. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy Realtor, I cant recommend Chris enough.

Review This was a very disappointing experience and was extremely stressful. Jeff didn't know the Ann Arbor market. His contract was very confusing and contained two items we had said we didn't want: the exact date to market the house and the price. He didn't advertise the house as he had promised.

They were with us through the entire process with advice how to prepare the home for sale, contacts who could help us and great communication from start to finish. Review Jeff Packer helped us sell our home. He is an excellent realtor and has a wonderful team that helped us along the way. His calmness under pressure makes him a great negotiator. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and provided timely advice as we navigated a tough market. He gave us space to make our decisions and did not pressure us one way or the other. He went above and beyond in taking care of issues that presented at the last minute. His team helped stage, photograph and close, all of which went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend Jeff and his team for your real estate needs.

Review I worked with Jeff and the Packer Group several years ago to sell my house, and then recently to purchase a new home. Jeff's experience and knowledge of real estate is evident as he was able to suggest multiple strategies that were in my best interests first as a seller, then as a buyer which shows his integrity as an agent. He, Aidan, and the entire team were always quick to respond to any questions, or work with me to schedule viewings that at times were over an hour away. I highly recommend using the Packer Group for professional real estate services and advice you can trust.

Review Jeff and Aiden helped us seamlessly move to a new home in Canton, MI. Our goal was to move slowly with the least amount of stress as possible. After viewing several homes, we finally found the one for us and both Aiden and Jeff were instrumental in getting us the deal that worked for our budget. Jeff is well connected as well and linked us up with a great lender who walked us through the entire process, gave us a great list of home inspectors and negotiated with the seller, advocating for us the whole time. Jeff has helped us buy and sell our last few homes as well and the process is always great. Would very highly recommend The Packer Group to anyone buying or selling!

Review Ben did an awesome job for me. We had a couple of snags along the way and he never gave up. Today we have our cottage and owe alot of that to Ben and his hard work. Even after the sale was over he offered to help with a contractor when I was unsure i could be there when they would arrive. Straight forward and extremely hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to have Ben be my realtor if I was purchasing another house.

Review Jaime Burkhart, from the Packer team, sold our home within four days of listing, at a price we felt was fair, and with a timing that is allowing us to move to our new residence in an orderly way. She was perfect for our purposes, and so easy to work with. No detail was spared in the knowledgeable way she assisted us--in defining the market, favorably presenting our home, helping us understand what would be important to buyers, and preparing us for each step in the process. She worked with integrity, remained accessible throughout, and brought in her specialized team members for media portrayals, realty listings, and closing. She was fantastic! We recommend her without reservation.
