Review Andy helped us buy our first home and we of course used him to sell the same home and buy another. Andy caters to your style, just let him know how you operate. With us, we wanted to find the house and used Andy to set up the viewings and accompany us to them. This system worked out great for us. Andy was quick to set up viewings. When he wasn't available to go himself, he always sent someone else from the Roy-Miller team and everyone was pleasant. Andy won't blow smoke, he will tell you like it is and if you're thinking too far outside the box he isn't shy to reel you back in respectfully. Outside of his professional career, Andy is just a great guy. He's easy to talk to and work with and between three homes, Andy has become a friend of my wife and I as well. I highly recommend Andy and the Roy-Miller Team.

Review Very tough time to find a house in this market, he was able to find us our dream home before it got on the market. Given how much houses are selling for right now we were are to get within our budget. He also sold our house, and was straight forward about what we needed to do to make sure it sold for what we wanted. He made everthing for simple for and is very comfortable person to talk to about anything. We told him what we wanted in a home for our family and he made it happen. Review Richard was far from professional throughout this entire sale process. At the beginning it was just OK but the sale just keeps dragging out (for over a year). Richard lagged on follow through, it was like pulling teeth to get any follow through, I had to call him to find out what was going on with open houses, viewings, or just general information. Once we had a buyer it seemed that he was for the buyer not the Seller (me). The buyer would ask for something and he would try to convince me that I had to do this, or we could lose the buyer. After dealing with that process for over 60 days, the buyers backed out because of their house did not being sell. Richard was so over the top mad, and he voiced it to me, several times. This whole time with him has only been a challenge. The original buyers came back 3 days after the deal was terminated and offered the same deal. Richard pushed that I sign the deal again or we would lose the buyer. I really started to ask many questions and It seemed that every question I would ask, Richard would raise his voice, get excited and get angry and tell me, ? you?re going to blow this deal?. What did me in was when he cussed at me and told me there are 3 reasons why this deal will not close: You, You and You. I composed myself, said thank you and hung up (That was very unprofessional) I was done with him at that point and was willing to abandon the home and let it go into foreclosure before I would ever allow this person, his company or anyone to receive a dime off this sale. That evening I contacted Greg Miller (his Boss, co-owner or something) WOW what a change, it was like night and day, a breath of fresh air. Because of Greg, he saved the deal from going south. I will say this, for Berkshire Hathaway Home services to have a person like Richard on their team is very defacing to the company. Just think twice on who you are using to sell your home, READ THE CONTRACT, do your research.

Review Richard Roy of the Roy-Miller team was outstanding. He was confident in our asking price. Other local realtors suggested we lower our price by approx. $60,000.00. Richard got us an offer within 30 days of listing with him, that was approx. 95% of our asking price. Cant ask for more than that! Richard and his team kept in constant contact with us from listing to closing. His style may not be traditional. But he is a man of honor and deserves respect. His entire team was great to work with!

Review The sad time came when we needed to sell my moms house. Shane W. was patient and caring while listening to five grieving siblings. He also handled the complicated process of working with estate trustees, etc. and helping us establish an asking price. I cannot tell you the relief it gave us to receive a full price offer within one day of listing with Shane! If I ever find myself in the position to move, I would list my home with the Roy - Miller Berkshire Hathaway team because of Shane Wesseldyk and would request to have him as our buyers agent also. I highly recommend Shane to anyone. He treats everyone with dignity and is helpful in all aspects of real estate.

It has been seamless talking with each person and we can get in touch with Greg directly with ease. We were hesitant about a team approach at first but now I see substantial benefits to it for the buyer and seller. Things get done more quickly and with more attention to detail using a team approach. Gregs assistant, Chrissy, is outstanding -- helpful and considerate, very customer-service oriented and very detail oriented. Shes a joy to work with and we are pretty demanding clients. Also, previously we have bought and sold with realtors who just set a price based on a very basic CMA and then put the sign in the yard, posted pictures and figured the house would sell eventually. Greg and his team are in an entirely different class of realtor, because that is NOT what they do. If you really want someone who takes it seriously and cares as much as you do about the sale of your home or buying a home, we highly recommend Greg and his team. Also, they understand what sells a home and they INCLUDE professional staging help and professional photos as part of your contract, as opposed to no help or amateur help. Greg also has a premium service he provides that relates to showings, and it results in more lead time for the seller, which is outstanding. We are impressed and very thankful to have the professionalism of this team.

Review We contacted Greg to list my mothers home. We knew we needed to do some improvements to get the best possible price. Greg and a local designer walked through the home and identified key areas for us. Greg pulled listings on similar properties and did an extensive amount of research for us, which further highlighted the updates demanded by the current market. After 2-3 months of renovations, we listed the home with Greg. Within 2 days of the listing, we had 2 full price offers on the table. Greg and his team expertly managed the process from that point and helped get us past some additional issues that appeared. I would highly recommend Greg and his team.
