ReviewSelling our family home in Canadian Lakes after so many years was one of the most emotional decisions weve ever made. Our mother passed away in 2013, and our beloved father in 2024. This home held a lifetime of memoriesaEUR"holidays, laughter, milestones, and the daily beauty of life shared as a family. Letting go was not easy. Thats why we are so incredibly thankful that Chip Issette of CENTURY 21 White House Realty was our realtor. From day one, Chip was everything we could have hoped foraEUR"and more. He brought deep knowledge of the local market, helped us set a fair and strategic price, and kept us continuously updated as market conditions evolved. His advice was always thoughtful, timely, and grounded in experience. But beyond his professional excellence, it was Chips heart and dedication that truly stood out. None of us live near Canadian Lakes, and Chip went above and beyondaEUR"finding, hiring, and following up with contractors to prepare the home for sale. He handled every detail with care and integrity, saving us countless hours and giving us peace of mind. He never hesitated, never complained, and never left us in the dark. His communication was clear and constant. At every step, we knew we could trust himaEUR"not only as a realtor, but as someone who genuinely cared about our family. We close on June 12th, and while it is bittersweet to say goodbye to this cherished home, we do so with gratitude in our hearts for Chips unwavering support. Review Does not act in a professional manner and accused me of lying. I would not recommend. I had reached out regarding a new construction home and he did not provide the requested information regarding open allowances from the builder and then accused me of never requesting the information.

Review I have known Chip for many years as he helped my parents in Canadian Lakes so when it came time to sell my substantial home in Grand Rapids I knew he was the right professional for me. He was beyond 5 stars the entire time. No question was too big or too small and he and his team were professional, friendly and always available. When asked, I always recommend Chip Issette. He even helped me relocate one of my practice locations with ease.

Review Earlier this year my wife and I decided to purchase our first home. After carefully reviewing different agents, we decided to go with Chip, and we're glad we did. At first we were very overwhelmed by the process. Chip did a fantastic job of breaking the process down into easy to follow steps. He answered every question we had, was professional, and provided expert advice and knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to go with him again.

Review Thorough and very professional. Chip and his team aggressively marketed my house in a dismal market, and found a qualified buyer. He was very helpful with buyer's picky to-do list. Chip worked with various fix-it people to get my house ready for closing. No one in the Tri-Lakes & Canadian Lakes area has his level of expertise. Plus, he's a nice guy!!!

Review After falling in love with Canadian Lakes & deciding to live there, we spent several weeks researching to find the best Realtor & Brokerage firm. We found both, Chip is the most knowledgable Realtor I've ever met, his honesty & integrity are above reproach. Chip is also the managing Broker at White House Reality which serves multiple counties in central Michigan. If you are buying or selling, this is the guy! Thanks again Chip!!

Review When searching for a home to purchase in Canadian Lakes, Chip showed us property after property even though he knew we didn't have a very large budget. We were never rushed and we finally found the perfect home. When we decided to sell the improved property, Chip was there every step of the way. We had a contract within one week. When that contract fell through, it was relisted and sold again within two days. We would highly recommend Chip whether you are purchasing or selling a home.

Review Chip balances industry expertise with area and market knowledge. When we purchased at Canadian Lakes, Chip was our point-person for everything. Not being from the area, that was a huge advantage that made everything go smoother. After 12 years he still stops in to say hi and make sure everything is good. I'm not sure how long you're supposed remain happy with the service after a purchase but it's safe to say that our experience with Chip was excellent.

Review Can't say enough great things about Chip. He is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. He has incredible attention to detail and pointed out things in potential homes that other realtors never considered. He is very analytical and takes a very sensible and logical approach to the process. He is also very in tune to the softer side of the business. He really got to know me on us on a personal level and was able to find our dream home.

Review Chip has been our realtor for over 10 years. We've successfully negotiated and purchased both property and housing. In each transaction, Chip has been on our side, helping us traverse the confusing world of terms and laws. We would definitely head to Chip's office in the future for any of our real estate needs. He's also very community minded, having grown up in the and around the Canadian Lakes area. He participates regularly in charity events and is an all around very good person. We respect his expertise and his way of making all his clients feel at ease. He treats everyone like family!
