ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my husband and I thought about looking for a cabin we thought immediately of Emily. Though it was outside her local area (she's Grand Rapids and we were looking at Bay County) she handled everything smoothly. She was able to do all the work remotely. We showed her the area, picked out a couple places we were interested in. And within two days we were driving down to meet at one of the houses. She helped us with a fair offer and was honest about it being too much or low. Next day the offer was accepted, two days later we were in contract! It all happened so fast we weren't sure it was real! Working with Treadstone Mortgage and Emily got us in our cabin within a month (like 22 days or something)! We are so blessed to have had Emily work with us. She's very charismatic, knowledgeable about the market, easy going, and a pure joy to work with. Being able to see her beautiful face didn't hurt the process either ;) We would 1000% recommend Brace Homes Berkshire Hathaway and Emily to anyone and everyone.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the area which was very reassuring that we chose the best relator for our home search. We liked working with Jeff because he took time to get to know us, what we do and do not like in homes as well as us as individuals. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Mark Brace and his amazing team on purchasing a house up in the GR area during a time when the housing market was so hot that buyers had to make life decisions quickly if we wanted the house. You can imagine the pressure that puts on Mark and his team to stay on top of everything and offer guidance. They were amazingly efficient and effective. House comes on the market in the morning, getting us in in the afternoon writing offers that evening. Yes, we had to make the quick decisions to purchase but Mark and his team did all the behind the scenes and made it work. We also must comment that Mark is easy on the eyes for sure and extremely personable as well, but he knows the business and walking through the house has an eye for everything important. We are seasoned buyers, but his knowledge and expertise were very much appreciated and for 1st time buyers or non-seasoned buyers and sellers having someone like Mark is a game changer.
